My experience with this company was truly nothing short of a nightmare. I contracted them for a long distance move from Los Angeles to Miami. At first they seemed lovely, professional, and on top of it. We went through all my belongings - I paid for them to pack up our sold home, make custom crates for our valuables, move our items to Florida, put our items in climate controlled storage, and when we found a new home bring the items there and unpack them.
Hello DeShanna, Unfortunately as explained many times, we are not the same entity and cannot preform a move from California as we are located in Miami, FL.
I wish I could say good things about Flat Rate moving, but I cannot. I have been waiting for delivery of my furniture and other goods going on a month. There has been little communication and honesty from the company. However, I have discovered that my out-of-state move is still in Florida awaiting transit! One person said he was having problems because the move is small. If it is too small to deliver, it was too small to pick up. The company should have taken a pass.

I'm moving my stuff out of the storage unit and so many things are broke. Worst company to use. I regret hiring them. Had to throw out alot of stuff.
We’ve reviewed our records and were unable to locate a customer under the name provided. It appears the items were delivered to a private storage unit. Unfortunately, once items are placed in self-storage, they are no longer under our supervision, and we cannot guarantee their condition.

We have used Flat Rate moving for our last couple of moves. There are no hidden costs, it's important to put everything you're moving on the list, the pricing is fair. If you forget anything they accommodate so easily the day of. We moved from Brickell Key to Coral Gables, they have all of the demanding insurance and paperwork needed for HOA approvals. The communication is great from the initial quote, to finalizing details, to finally the day of, time of arrival, etc. Petrovi and his father were exceptional!

This is my second time using FlatRate Moving, and nothing can beat it! Peter and his dad, Pilac, are THE BEST! They packed everything up super carefully and also very quickly - I have never seen movers worn that fast and do everything so meticulously. They incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the entire move. They were both so respectful and hardworking, I was beyond impressed! I will 100% book with FlatRate again, especially if I can get Peter and Pilac. JEMS!! Thank you!!! Best move-in day ever! ❤️
I recently used FlatRate Moving and I had a really positive experience. The process started with an in-person walkthrough, and the representative was incredibly helpful..very thorough, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Guy took his time, explained everything clearly, and was genuinely kind, which I appreciated. On moving day, the team showed up right on time and worked fast, which helped make the process feel much easier and more manageable.

Flatrate movers was recommended to me through my realtor, who has personally used them on many occasions. I received my quote from Martin and he also was the only person that followed up with me with a call when I was shopping for quotes. I received a lower quote from a competitor that was popular on social media but the first interaction with them was not like my experience with Martin.
