I’ll start by saying that my initial experience with Mancav was very positive, and communication throughout the booking process was excellent. Unfortunately, during the move several items were damaged. Our 75-inch TV had a cracked screen, and I sent the owner a photo of the damage within an hour of the movers leaving. Despite that, they were unwilling to accept responsibility. They also claimed I did not allow them to inspect the TV, which is completely untrue.
The phone conversation was rude & he hung up the phone in my face. I asked for a quote, Danny begin to ask for my information. I explained I was only looking for a quote and didn’t know if I was going to use their services. That when he hung up in my face.
They are not honest with their prices. Be aware of them quoting promising it will be less than adding even more at the end. Be Aware of this ‘family company’. Note: They give you a discount if you give them a 5-star review so the other reviews are biased. I told them I will not give them 5 stars and will not take the discount. I originally did not want to give a review out of respect for my friend who referred them but I want to share the truth so customers know if they are looking for an honest mover.

I cannot say enough good things about Mancav Movers. This was by far the best moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved more than a few times. From the first phone call to the last box, they were patient, accommodating, and 100% professional. My move involved a lot of moving parts, including storage, building requirements, elevator schedule changes, and a lot of condominium association minutia. They handled every bit of it without a single complaint. When things shifted, they adjusted.

Great service from a great team. Not only were they friendly, approachable, and great to work with, but they are also extremely professional and knowledgeable about this job. I had my upright piano moved, and they took care to wrap the whole thing in blankets, cardboard, and stretch wrap to protect the lacquer finish. They took care of my piano like it was their own, and I appreciated this a lot. My piano bench was properly sealed and wrapped up too!
