WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! 3 GUYS showed up late to move me from JAX to MIA Florida. 1 was drunk, 3 hungover. They were all nice. However, The drunk 1 worked slow and took 3-4 hour nap to try to recover. He threw up much of the day. The team argued all day. I had to help work in order to try to keep us on time. The job took longer than expected (10 hrs) They charged me $1,500 more than they quoted, even though I was working with them long hours to keep them on schedule.

This company is without a doubt the worst moving company ever. First of all, they subcontract out their work to a third-party. The truck showed up not saying Pro Movers, but said nothing it was just a white truck. Two guys came out and took all my boxes however they stole my ring which was on the countertop. I am going to file a police report against them and I’m waiting for the owners call. I have lived in Miami for 56 years and I’ve never seen this kind of terrible communication between a client and a company.

With all do respect, the owners response will be furthest from the truth. 1) 350 an hour to pack and move. 2) below are the items they did not pack or move, they were instructed by two different people to do so. Refuse to refund time i had to take to do their job. 3) employee left his phone in storage unit. I have no idea if he left it there or not, I’m not wasting at any more time going to that storage unit to look.

My appointment was at 1pm, I was texted asking if they could come early, I said I was not ready, I had some last minute things to pack, the elevator was not available until 1 and that I needed to run to the store, etc. Despite that, the drivers still came early and started the clock at 12:20pm. The main mover (the younger one that did most of the communication with me) was very rude, making me cry twice. I didn’t appreciate how loudly and aggressively he spoke and acted towards me.

Terrible costumer service! Do not hire this company! I recently hired them and upon arrival the movers requested their payment and left all my furniture and valuables at the front door. As I stated unpacking everything I notice my brand new tv was broken and several other pieces of furniture like mirrors etc. I thought of reaching out to them to get them to pay for the damages and let me tell you, it had been a journey! Ever since I made the claim they don’t pick up phone calls or answer to my emails.

PLEASE AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY! They are a terrible business. I used them to move from my apartment in brickell to Shenandoah (1.2miles away) they collected my items and then took them to storage on paying I was not told about all the other expenses I had to pay for, but by that time they had all my stuff in their truck and were preparing to leave so I had no choice to pay. in total of 11days storage and 1.2 mile travel journey from the apartment to my house it cost me just under $3000!!!!!

If you're moving large office furniture, do not use. The sales guy sent a team of 3 with one truck and in order to "save time" they decided not to wrap anything and scratch all our office furniture. The "claim" process they have is just a way of making it difficult for you to get any type of compensation. The movers complained about the sales guy, mover complained about the size of the desks, didn't think it was a big deal if they got scratched.

In response to the comment: We had a truckload, just like we did when we moved the first time. While yes, a Fridge and Washer/Dryer were included, there were 30-50 boxes and clothing bags that we DID NOT include in the second move, which were part of the first move. Which means it’s even less carrying back and forth. Very bad experience during the second move we used this company with. Totally different experience the first time we used them (very pleasant).
