Had several terrible experiences with this moving company, including damaged items. The owner will now not respond or provide me the information needed to file a claim with their insurance provider after I refused to settle independently. Working with Miami-Dade County to file a complaint against their business license and get the insurance information that way, but what a hassle. Not worth the time / money.
company overcharged me for wrapping and protecting my items. they wrapped many things really poorly and many broke. they don't have really good disposition to work. really rude , and worked poorly. would not recommend for moving. also, overpriced.
Unfortunately my experience with this company has been atrocious, first I booked 2 weeks in adavnced because the place I was moving too required a special shorter type of truck to make the move into the building, I had pre-packed everything …

I've used Fuentes twice to move. The first time, as expected, there was minimal acceptable damage. The second time, Fuentes, deeply scratched a wood laminate floor. After contacting them numerous times, they refused to remedy the problem …
Very rude workers, a move cannot prevent the entry or exit of any inhabitant of a building. They should be given a basic notion of where they can and cannot fill a truck, respect for others is everything.
Terrible company. Save yourself the trouble and call a more reputable company. Broken furniture. Terrible management. $100 discount offered. Joke.

I don’t even know how to begin. This is the second time I use Fuentes Moving and it went absolutely amazing. This time I paid for their packing and moving services from south florida to north florida. The owner came to the house, saw everything we had to produce an estimate of all the packing supplies, how many trucks and people would be needed to move us. When the day came, the team was on time and began working right away. They disassembled the larger furniture (beds, cribs, dining table).

Arrived even before on time, they arrived early and with confident and professional, courteous, kind, movers! They worked hard to properly set up everything in the new living space in a timely manner. The hail away trash and clean everything! Also movers take full responsibility and accountability for making sure everything is as it’s supposed to be; furniture pieces are assembled and working and handled carefully and skillfully!
