In their own words
Simply put, extremely over-promised and way under delivered. Zero communication to the team hired to move us, not enough men or time planned for our move resulting in being over estimate for the part that was completed which was only about 3/4 of what they were hired for. Their estimate was inaccurate, so we were overcharged for an incomplete job. When asked about compensation by actually finishing the job we hired them to do we were told it would take a whole extra day and cost us more.
Hi Kate, we understand you are leaving this review as a public complaint. But information you are providing is a very one sided story. The estimate provided was based off of pictures you provided of items you would like us to move.
Low ball estimate, simple move took 10 hours with 5 movers and 3 trucks. Very unorganized and delivery rushed at the end. Cost $600 more than owners visual estimate of items to be moved. Very frustrating experience and I would NOT recommend their services. Owner never followed up on how the move went and if we had any concerns.

I’d like to thank Henry Movers for making the impossible, possible. An elderly family member suffered a health problem that necessitated a sudden move. Their very elegant home was filled with books, artwork and artifacts. The owner Paul Henry, a polite and practical man, was understanding and helpful. He accurately estimated the job, explained what they could do extra (unpacking) and scheduled us quickly.

David and Greg helped me pack up my house in preparation for move day. They were polite, considerate, organized, experienced and most of all had a calm intensity which I appreciated. They worked quickly with purpose, and they were a pleasure to have in my house. From my experience so far, they are the best packers I have worked with (across several states not just Tucson). I can’t say enough great things about Henry Movers, their owners and the persons they employ. From start to finish they just did a superb job. The owner spoke with me first and actually came to my residence to assess what was needed and ask questions. The communication was outstanding. I have needed to hire movers a few times recently. I most recently worked Henry Movers and will use them from here on out for moves in Tucson. My organization was moving into a new downtown office space and Henry Movers moved our items from storage to the new building. Here are some things that stand out about them: 1. Paul, the owner, cares and is passionate about what he does. His operations are designed to ensure items are safe, handled with care, and placed exactly where you want them.
