We’ve rented from several storage facilities in the Tri-Cities, and this one has been one of the best experiences so far. The sign up process was quick and convenient most of it was handled online. I was able to receive a great offer through their site. Shortly after completing the contract, I received a welcoming call letting me know I could stop by to pick up my access code. When I arrived, the staff showed me where my unit was and explained the access code system.

Melissa provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We drove a long distance to get to our storage unit, and she went above and beyond by coming in on the weekend just to make sure we were taken care of. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. This was my first time renting storage for my furniture, and ABC Mini Storage in Richland was great! It’s in a perfect location, clean, and safe. The staff was fantastic and easy to reach. I was impressed that they had a flatbed cart available to load multiple items at once—it was so helpful and saved me a lot of time from going back and forth. Highly recommend!
