Despite promises of secure and managed storage, the gate to the RV storage lot remained broken and open for two months this summer. During that time, my boat was tampered with and the fuel stolen at least two times. Broken promises, poor quality service and high prices... I do NOT recommend this facility. Price for outdoor gravel lot is $82/month, nearly twice the price of Home Run storage and HR storage is a much nicer and more secure facility with manager on premise.
What a bad experience. SoThe Whole time I was there I was on a Favor.My monthly rent was122And out of the blue steve for no apparent reason he bumped it up to 197Pretty much because he just felt like it. So watch out for this place they will pull the rug right out from under you. Good luck.
David, we try our best to work with our tenants to accommodate them. But when repeated violations of the lease agreement happen, a separation must occur. We thank you for your past business and wish you well in the future.

Great business! The prices were fantastic, the location was perfect for my needs, and the size of storage units available was extensive. I didn't need a large storage unit, and the small one that I was able to get suited me perfectly. Everyone I dealt with there were fantastic to work with. Overall, a great experience.
