Up until move out we were satisfied, we had no problems prior and felt like our belongings were safe and cared for. We had to move to Kansas and could not take our belongings with us at the time. We continued to pay for our unit and had no problems doing so. This week my husband came back up to retrieve our belongings, he was informed quite rudely by Steve that we had to have everything out, we had no problems with that making a dump run as well as fitting every possible thing we could into the moving truck and an…
My sister talked to them about getting a lock cut off a unit. She made it clear that she'd be there between 9 and 6 the next day, like she was told she could. She showed up at 4 and they told her it was actually 10 to 3 and that they wont do anything. And then when she tried to explain what had happened to the woman at the counter, she was rude and unhelpful. The unit payment in due by the end of the week. It seems like they're just trying to get more money out of her, and have horrible customer service skills.
