In their own words
The customer service was above and beyond she waited for us to get in from Seattle she was friendly and very helpful. Even going out of her way to help us get into the storage unit. I would tell others to go there as well.
Thanks for your review, Curt! So happy you chose ABC for your storage needs.
I went into rent a U-Haul to help my Granddaughter move, and Mike, behind the counter, was an amazing help to me! I do not know how to do very many things on my phone, could you help me through it, pull the truck up for me, and let me leave my car there until I was done!!! That's exactly where I will go when I need a u-haul again! THANKS MIKE!
We have rented a storage unit at ABC mini storage for years and have been pretty happy. Recently, I have been interacting with everyone in the office and Amy is amazing. She changes an okay place into an outstanding place. She is personable and remembers her customers. She is a treasure and I am glad I made a new friend.
What a great review, Brenda! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at ABC. We have to agree, Amy is a fantastic addition to the team!
I had an easy and wonderful experience getting a unit here! Free coffee, free lock, u-haul credit, and super easy access. The units are clean and affordable! I'm glad i finally stopped in after driving by for a couple of years.
We're glad you stopped in, too! Always nice to be able to help our neighbors with their storage needs.
