WARNING Pictures contain photos of mice, if you have a sensitive stomach please DO NOT LOOK. The office people are great, but the facility sucks. We've had our unit less than a year and we were gone on vacation for 6 months. We came back to our unit didn't notice anything at first. We got further into our unit and noticed sheds of paper/cardboard boxes everywhere. Later that day we noticed we had mice in our unit. We called the front deck and asked if they could help by putting traps in our unit.

Told people my stuff was being stolen, all they said was who has your key. Moved my things come to find out others were getting their stuff stolen also
Thank you for your honest feedback. At Queensgate Storage our customer's security is the number one priority. In the last two years, new security cameras have been installed on each building along with motion lights and new entry and exit key pads. The facility is fully fenced as well.
Bux Bear I’ll start with the old “I never write reviews” opening. I don’t. Typically if I have a bad experience with a business, which doesn’t happen often, the desire to post something is fleeting. For the past year, I have consistently felt like there are others out there who should be warned about this place. This place is a complete joke they can’t keep employees in the office they are constantly changing employees cause they don’t get enough money for them… I had my unit for almost 3 years until I had a loss in my family an was late on my payments and they refused to work with me and refused to let me make payments and they sold my shit right away. They don’t work with u when life gives u set backs they just want there money or they sell ur shit. If u ever fall behind they demand the money or they sell ur shit .

Hi Karyn, I am sorry all the units were leased by the time you called back for a unit. I NEVER tell a prospective tenant to not reserve a unit (with a non-refundable deposit) if they know they will need it in the near future. Best of luck to you and welcome to the community.
Was bought by a huge company that only wants to rip you off! The people that owned this place before had no clue how much they were worth. Don’t store your stuff here, buy local and ensure they have climate control.
