This would have been a 1 star review but the movers were absolutely impeccable. The “on duty manager” added so many extra fees at the time of walk through. Didn’t communicate with me that items got damaged until I reached out after doing my own inventory. And then stopped responding. This was very frustrating but the movers themself were quick and gentle with my belongings. It’s the logistics and follow up that was horrible.

My friends would tell you I’ve moved way too many times, bought numerous homes, sold and moved. I’ve had experience with a lot of moving companies. I hired ABC because of the amazing number of 5* reviews. I just don’t get it. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever used to move me. The foreman Po was incompetent and lazy, all he wanted to do was stand and talk. His fledging that he was supposed to be “mentoring” did all the work.

This was a huge mistake. Cannot reach anybody at their office. Lots of tacked on fees that aren’t explained. They will hold your property ransom until you agree to pay the fees also I hope you’re okay with them openly drinking on the job. Will keep posting reviews until I’m able to get ahold of someone.

I really wanted to give them more stars, but unfortunately they did not do a good job at all. They pack carelessly and there is not really a system in place. For example they would pack one of you bed pillows randomly with your office supplies and other items and it would take days for you to find it as it’s not related. They do not really write on the boxes what box contains what or on the right spot for you to know what you’re opening or looking for. And then comes packing.

Brought my Moms furniture to the dump instead of goodwill. Not happy. Nice hard furniture. They told me it was junk and the goodwill won’t take it. I previously arranged with goodwill and they said they would love this furniture. I told the movers this, even called goodwill to speak with them on the phone who told the. Yes they take it. They loaded the goodwill stuff first in their truck and the dump stuff last. So when they did go to the goodwill they told goodwill it was junk.

Used them for moving some kitchen equipment. Dropped a 15k mixer , covered 600$ of it.. out 5,500$ in repairs. Movers didn’t not inform management of the incident. Probably fine for house moving but would not recommend for anything of substantial weight or value.
We apologize for the damage to the mixer. Although you sent us pictures in advance of the mixer, along with some other kitchen items, we were not aware of the mixer's weight until you sent us the damage claim form. The claim form indicated the mixer was 1136 pounds by itself.

I had a great experience with ABC Moving Systems. I moved from a 1,200+ sq. ft. two-story apartment across town into a single-level 1,200 sq. ft. house, and Junior and his team made the whole process so much easier. They were professional, quick, and easy to work with from start to finish. I was still packing a few things when they arrived, and they were patient, careful, and even asked if I needed help.

I found ABC Moving through a recommendation from ChatGPT. Although I forgot the exact prompt I used, ABC Moving was the first on the list. After reading their reviews on Yelp, I was quite impressed. I completed an online quote and also spoke with Scott. Working with ABC Moving and Scott made the process straightforward and easygoing. They were transparent about their fees. I informed Scott about how much furniture I needed help moving, and that there would be stairs both ways.

First time booking and working with ABC. They were extremely professional, showed up on time for our 8am appointment. Had 3 guys on the team including a foreman to move out my family consisting of a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in North Hollywood. Team were extremely attentive, polite and flexible to work around us as we packed up our place and had them strike furniture and boxes, bags, whatever we needed. Had a two hour load out and 2 hour travel/load in time.
