I had a horrendous experience with this moving company. Firstly, their movers damaged my gate during the move and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Secondly, the information provided to me about the moving process was confusing and incomplete, causing unnecessary stress and delays. They also failed to follow up with me after our initial consultation, leaving me feeling completely ignored and frustrated.

So we had hired cheap movers company to help us move. Our movers Carlos and Jesus were great and efficient. However, we noticed after we started to unpack, our tv was broken. Immediately, I contacted the company to make a claim, they asked for pictures and after I submitted the claim, I never heard back. I repeatedly called and left text messages and nothing … it’s been about two months .. I have a studio and the only furniture I have is my bed frame and a tiny small table with two chairs. I packed my bathroom and my closet myself. I only needed to help packing my kitchen and my desk. I don’t have a lot of stuff they gave me a quote saying the move would be quick and easy and it will only take three hours. The movers packed my laptop underneath my printer. They wrapped the free glass jars I had that I don’t care about. They did not wrap all my expensive items.

From first phone inquiry to the last call to confirm delivery was bad attitude communication. And the last call to confirm I specifically emphasized I have large fish tank, the coordinator she didn't say anything about the tank delivery policy. This morning sent two dude, one black dude full mouth of “we r professional, we can't take live animals but we can take you” so I am live animal, he asked me to drain the tank empty, so I decided to leave the tank out.

I honestly don’t know why they have high reviews. I chose them based on their high reviews & had a bad experience. I called to get a quote and agreed with everything they quoted me. This quote was emailed to me and I was told whenever I was ready we can move forward. I called and accepted. On the day of the move the movers told me they didn’t understand why they (the company) waived “the double drive time fee” from my contract, when in fact that’s what I was quoted before I accepted.

The movers were nice but the company tried to scam me. Told me they had a price beat guarantee, I sent them a quote, they offered a lower price and then upon arrival charged more. I refused to pay and they left, claiming I would lose my deposit, I said that was fine I’ll just charge it back and thankfully used the Lugg app to replace them, they came within the hour and were less expensive than these guys. June 2025 – The move took significantly longer than expected. Two items were lost, and a dresser was completely damaged. Although I had signed up for the free insurance, the company stopped responding to my emails regarding the lost and damaged items. It has been over a month since they said they would look into it, and I’ve sent three follow-up emails with no response.
