I wish I would have checked my boxes before tipping so generously. All seemed to go fine but then when I unpacked my valuables nothing was wrapped or securely packed and sadly many items were scratched and damaged. Super disappointing. Beware if having them pack anything!!

I prob should’ve known not to trust a place that only has 5 star reviews. Most of them must be fake and/or I’m guessing my post will be taken down. The TLDR version is that my 1bd/1ba move took over 5 hrs when the SAME move only took 3 hrs with the moving company I used 1.5 yrs ago. And this was only bc I started rushing them and started packing things quickly myself! I paid over $600 and was just as tired and stressed out as if I moved myself.
Update: one of my luggages filled with priceless coats and jackets was misplaced or lost in my move. I noticed mid move that my items were taken down in groups and then left near open door ways to go up the elevator to collect and load …

We recently used this team for a move and they made what is usually a highly stressful day completely seamless. Tim, Daur, and Niyazbek were absolute professionals from start to finish. They arrived on time, were incredibly courteous, and worked with amazing efficiency. They took excellent care of our belongings, making sure everything was wrapped and handled safely, and they kept everything clean throughout the entire process.
We had a BIG move. I mean BIG. From a 5 bedroom 4 bath house PLUS one bedroom casita and moved into a huge loft on the top floor with 4 flights of stairs inside it. These guys were amazing. We had them spend 6 hours packing the day before and then 9 guys on moving day which took a full 9 hours. These guys were outstanding. There was even 3-4 things we missed on moving day and they came back and moved a couch and a couple of heavy things without even trying to charge extra. Dan is THE MAN.
The team was great, gave me a great price and moved everything promptly saving on time and carefully with all my items packed and moved swiftly. They were happy to accommodate different points of entry. I had two movers and truck Serik and ulu, they were super friendly and understanding.
Tim & Almas did a great job with our move. They were incredibly careful when we told them our walls dirty easily, and this was not an easy task since we have 3 floors with narrow stairs. They made sure to carefully wrap large furniture that could potentially scratch or damage the walls. At the end of the day, nothing was broken and not a mark was made!
