We have used them for a couple of years and they used to be great- now there's never anyone in the office during open hours, and you have to call and sit on hold for 10 min to talk to someone working remotely to have them call the manager to show up. And even then the manager is generally a no show

They want way too much money up front. I just wanted the cheapest unit available. And after they're lock fee and admin fee. And all this stuff, I was gonna have to pay almost a $100. That's insane.

These guys are the absolute best! Mike was our customer service guy who helped us after office hours and was very helpful to get us all signed up in a quick few minutes! He worked with me & got us a great unit at a great price!! Give them a call & let Mike make the renting process smooth and easy!! 24 hours after renting our unit - our move in situation changed and we actually needed to change our rental!! Nicole from the office in Conway was an absolute gem!!
