As a Disabled Veteran I try to support Veteran owned companies. However I cannot support this organization. My wife and I used them to move and we were told several things that they failed to deliver. 1st we were told the would take EVERYTHING apart and put it back together. That never happened I had to breakdown the bed, they left TV mounts still attached to the walls which I had to remove, I had to disconnect the washer and dryer. 2nd I was told they would bring 2 trucks which they didn’t do.
Mr. Osborne I am shocked at this review since I was there to collect payment at the drop location. We spent 30 minutes talking and laughing and none of these concerns were brought up to me at that time. Since then you have made no contact … More
My experience was AWFUL. After walking through our home for about 30-45 minutes, David came up with the estimate of nearly $17k!!! This estimate included 3 trucks, 6 people for 3 days, taking apart and putting back together all furniture and gas for all 3 trucks. We were shocked and he could tell so he said that anything we moved ahead of time would come off the total, including unused moving supplies. He also told us that it was not the boxes but the big furniture that was what the majority of the cost.
They was suppose to call at 10 for the video conference. No call. I called at 10:10..no answer. Few hours later, still no call back. Must not want my business. I'll use someone else. Edit to add photo proving appointment since he claimed there wasn't one.

They didn’t show for my appt time and I literally had to wake them up to move me. They finally showed up and I should have known already, but it was Semper Fi so I believed in them. They were supposed to move my 2 bedroom duplex and small storage unit to my new 3 bedroom house plus I donated a few end tables and chairs. They quoted me a 2 to 3 hour move. I agreed. That was not what happened. They took all day and I had to work that night but I wasn’t able to nap because they took Soooo long to move me.

I chose Semper Fi Movers for our interstate move this past summer because of their positive reviews and promises to take care of our household goods. Unfortunately, they were very careless and did a lot of damage. Here’s a summary: 1. During the loading up, we observed an employee turning boxes & flip top crates (some marked FRAGILE) upside down. 2. Cardboard boxes were stacked underneath heavier plastic or metal containers so that these boxes were crushed. 3.
Buyer beware, stay far away from this moving company. Experience was a nightmare. Extremely unprofessional, and unethical. Do yourself a favor seek help with another moving company. I would give them no stars if that was an option. Don't trust the bid, they bid low and charge another amount, with the premise that you will only pay for what is actually moved. Not true. Go with a company that is truly up front with the price.

David was very prompt in answering the phone and once he knew my number. He would answer by saying yes Ms. Erica every time. He was quick about getting us an appointment to get us moved. Kolby and partner were very professional and Great and easy to work with and talk about hilarious these guys were so funny. It was Awesome team work. We definitely recommend to anyone! They make things happen when you least expect it. If you’re having a bad day they will turn it around.

Great communication. The move was executed just as we were told with floors protected, door facings padded, mattresses and furniture pieces protected. Kort and Tim went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

This team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were respectful, hardworking, and clearly knew what they were doing. They treated my belongings like they mattered and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Moving is never fun, but they made it as smooth as possible. Highly recommend.
