The office manager, Greg, was really unprofessional when I was turning in the Penske truck rental. I was asking questions about charges and he kept correcting me to say that they don't work for Penske - they're just a 3rd party doing them a favor. I was initially charged $8 for 2 gallons of gas, with a recorded 7 miles total used on my rental. When I called the Penske customer service line after I left All Secure, Penske took those charges off and were helpful in answering questions.

I was a customer for 10 plus years and noticed my bill kept increasing every six months. I called and inquired about the increase and the staff informed me that bc the company is now a corporate company and not local their standard policy is to increase every six months. I started around $75/85 a month and ended at $140. Also, I moved out over a weekend and Monday was a holiday, as well as the start of a new month.

Guy was rude , and rental truck wasn't full on gas and was dirty in the back. I had to fill the tank up so I wasn't charged and clean it

I would have very much like to have rented the unit. Because I did and hopefully will still be able to one move to Arkansas. The person that helped me over the phone was very kind, on getting the unit setup for me. It was hard for me to have to cancel it.

The storage facility looks very well kept. I had some concern about the gate being left open throughout the entirety of the day on saturday. However, I am new to the storage facility, it was around 7:30 pm when I left my luggage and the gate was still open.
