Had an alright experience. Only complaint I had was the mattress was ripped upon delivery, which I was told it would be replaced and here 5 months later Still nothing. The other complaint I had was I bought a California king mattress. My …
Hey there, we can't seem to locate a ticket with this active issue. If you wouldn't mind giving the store a call we'd really like to make this right. My apologies for the inconvenience.
The store manager was polite and tried to be helpful but the issue seems to be where the mattresses are coming from. It seems like he is trying to get them to the store but there always is an excuse as to why it didn’t come on the truck. As far as professionalism the store manager, Nick, was great. Kyle, one of the salesmen, was not professional and honestly did nothing for us but put in the order. He pretty much sits at the desk and talks on the phone to his buddies..
This is a new mattress with what appears to be blood. I don’t recommend this business. There is more but I will keep it because of I don’t feel safe. I will not take it back. Will just buy from someone else. …
Hey there, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with our Conway location. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the quality of the mattress you ordered, however, we are an overstock and cosmetic blemish dealer. Small imperfections are normal in our industry.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Above and Beyond Customer Service — We Are So Grateful! My husband and I recently moved to Conway, Arkansas, and one of the first things we desperately needed was a mattress. Moving to a new place is already stressful and expensive, and after looking around, we were honestly worried about how much it was going to cost us. Then we found Denver, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him and the way he treated us.
Nic was phenomenal! He was so patient and kind! He really goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. Everyone I met was super nice there! Great furniture and great prices! Nic has got to be one of the best Managers I've ever encountered! He genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to give you all the information you need to help you make a wise purchase! He covers the warranty in great detail! I truly appreciate his dedication to his job!
My client and I were looking for a replacement recliner that was electric and comfortable. We were immediately greeted and helped with all of our questions and needs. We selected a recliner and was told it would be delivered and sat up. The …
