These folks were not equipped to handle the task. They knew they were going to do some packing but took 3 hours to get boxes. They moved items out of each room without emptying a room. Left the attic full. Packed my suitcase packed the box of baby diapers (who does that) used comforters without asking and they were soaked. Tote bins 1/4 of water in them because they were out in the rain.

Damaged my floors during the move when a mover wasn’t ready to move the fridge. It was a floor less than 6 months old. We immediately reported it. I filled out forms requested. Provided receipts. Left work early to meet up so they could take pics. They kept saying their crew would fix then ghosted me. Don’t use a company that won’t stand behind their damage.
We utilized TBCK to move our home and the movers that came to do the job we’re very hard working and did a good job moving, BUT they did NOT put any type of padding on our floor and tore our flooring in 5 different places and took the front door off the hinges to get our refrigerator out and only put 2 screws back in the hinges.
We found the team to be very positive and friendly and for the most part took good care of our items. However, they were not experienced movers. They did not know how to take down furniture ( bed frame) or reassemble. The truck was too …
Good price but not the most professional. The movers failed to wrap and protect any of the furniture while moving it from home to home. They were too lazy to disassemble my wife's makeup stand and attempted to move it in one trip. This …

Chris, Sean, Matt and Joe did the most amazing job! We had a wonderful experience with this moving company! The crew was professional, hardworking, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They handled our belongings with care, worked quickly, and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home.

Best price in town. Arrived on time and they really hustled. Towards the end they did put a few things where they were not supposed to which made me hunt for them. Boxes were clearly labeled. I could of done without constant chatter about matters not related to moving and the constant need to pet my dogs. Other than that they did a good job.
We just hired Two Broke College Kids for our move and the process was simple from start to finish. Drew came to our house to give us a detailed estimate. The day of our move Allen, Joe, Matt, and Chris had everything done very quickly and nothing was damaged. We will definitely hire them again!

This is the second time we have used TBCK and both experiences have been excellent. I love that a real human answers the phone. Today Michael and Chris gave us first rate moving service. They both took care of our belongings like they were moving their own things. The customer service by everyone I've met and spoken with at TBCK has been refreshing.
