They continue to raise your rent more than once each year. It has more than doubled for us in the past 5 years. Both emails I sent in regard to the most recent increase were ignored. When I phoned, I was spoken to in a not so professional tone. They basically said it's like renting an apartment, rent goes up, deal with it. No apartment I know of goes up by double the price. They want to charge me even more money than a new tenant would pay. Nice way to treat your long term loyal customers.

Editing my 5 star review to say that Prateek the manager at this location charged my husbands credit card $500 instead of doing a hold for any damages when we got the truck rental. My husband got a call from a separate department saying they can’t refund him because Prateek did it wrong and offered a $500 gift card. We will be investigating with the credit card company. Very suspicious business practices, don’t recommend

Weird that all the bad reviews are at the bottom eh? and that there are so many 5 star reviews with no explanation. Sadly this place's charm worked on me, and now I'm highly regretting it. I'm trying to do everything I can to get out now because they've sneakily raised the rent so much in a short amount of time. To boot, my space has a 2ftx2ft air duct taking up an entire column in my 10ftx10ft space, and they didn't offer any discount.

Although this is a very clean, easily accessible with friendly staff there price increases are a rip off. I took a storage unit here at one price then I would say 3 months later I received a notice my rental rate was being raised by over $100 month. When I confronted front desk about the increase I was told they are entitled to raise the rent when ever they desire but ultimately it comes from head office. I would definitely think twice about renting here.

Price scams. Rented a storage unit for $250 monthly after 3 months jumped to $350 with no notice. Just text saying payment due. When. I logged into my account it showed pay $350.00 no reason. Was told by a woman front desk we were sent a letter but they sent them all out during postal strike imagine. Never received free month and now a crazy increase. We will be contacting the act that governs storage units. Do not rent out any units. They will try to keep your valuables.

Clean Facilities...A little pricey compared to the units i rent in Toronto. Even after showing I had a insurance policy covering my contents they started adding additional insurance charges to my preauthorized payments without my knowledge or consent. Still trying to get reimbursed 6 months later! Managers do not return calls either
Raised rates every year for no apparent reason. A 10×10 locker is 2 times more than exactly the same type of facility. Fed up after 4 years and move to another company

We used access storage services recently when we moved to Ontario from Alberta to keep our 3 bedroom households. I would say that the manager Purvendu and the entire team was very helpful. They recommended the perfect size storage unit for our needs . The entire facility is clean, all on one floor, they have both heated and non heated units available at a very reasonable price . We would definitely come back to them for all our storage needs. Ten stars to Access Storage Fairview Location.
