Took advantage of my elderly mother, charged way more than quoted despite no changes to the job. Had to get our MPP, consumer protection and BBB involved. the owner was a complete a-hole the entire time, sending rude, trollish emails throughout the whole process.

Due to Covid 19, we had discussed with the owner before signing with the company, about their employees and PPE. I'm 8 months pregnant and high risk, so we were assured that the movers would wear PPE. We paid to upgrade to more breathable masks for them and had hand sanitizer at our house. When the movers showed up, one refused to wear the mask and then a second mover followed suit. My husband explained the risks to my health but they still refused.

Our initial meeting with Jeff went fine. He toured our home and gave us a quote and we hired them. On moving day, they showed up with a truck that was way too small for the job and had to go get another truck when the first one was full. The movers were extremely unprofessional. Every second word out of the lead mover’s mouth was the F word. This was in front of my 78 year old mother. Not only unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. He also yelled at his co-workers all day and treated them poorly.

Worst moving company we ever employed. Was originally the lowest quote but ended up costing us more than was originally quoted for the actual move. Between the thousands of $$ worth of our property that was allegedly "lost" in the move and we had more damaged items using this one mover than all our past moves combined using other moving companies. We had insurance with them but never saw a dime of it from our claim. We absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. There are many better movers than these characters.

Awful experience with this company and would not recommend them. Instead of showing up with one large truck as we were promised, they had to make 3 runs with their small truck. We had hundreds of dollars in damage to our personal items, boxes dropped and left upside down and the owner so graciously offered to remove the items to be repaired by his own 'trusted' men.... We could not trust the moving capabilities, why would we hand over more items in his possession?!

AVOID THEM. Their insurance is a SHAM! The owner himself tries to fix things and brushes off your claims! I don't think they have any insurance company tie up. Also, Pricing is not clear. I thought the hours start from when they actually arrive but no it starts when movers actually start from warehouse. If I knew I should have got a Mississauga based company not Oakville add I paid 2.5 hrs extra. Also, there is always the disconnect between movers and the 'company' contracting them out. Not again with them.

This company is terrible. They either lost or stole my belongings. The owner Jeff is a smooth talker who will try to make it seem like it's your fault or that you misplaced your own stuff. Everything was taken out of my condo, stored, and then not returned. I didn't lose anything. The workers are good movers however. They put a lot of care into moving and not damaging anything. It's the storage part of the business that is terrible.
