I wasn't going to leave more than my rate but since you asked for it: My disappointment with your unwillingness to accomodate my needs is expressed in my one star rating of your business. It's mind boggling to me that even after I recommended your place to my roommate and brought in more business to your company, you still showed me no appreciation. All I wanted was to swap one week in a 10x20 for one week in a 10x10, that's half the size! The smaller unit was already vacant and on hold for me.
**Thank you for your feedback, Julia. While we do our best to accommodate every customer’s needs, our system requires a four-week minimum rental period for new units, including transfers, and only one promotion per customer.
Been a loyal customer for over a year and all of a sudden started getting charged $20 more per month WITHOUT any notice at all. When we called to ask about why we were charged more they told us they do price increases every April, and that it’s “only $20” per month more which is actually quite significant and adds up to $240 plus taxes more per year. When asked if they could honor the original price we signed on with they said that they can’t do anything about it.
Called them to reserve a 10 x 10 unit. They told us on the phone they had one and to come in on Monday to start our occupancy. When I went in with a car load of stuff they had nothing for us and said they don't know why we were told we would have a unit. No real effort to find a solution (like giving us two 5 x 10 for the price of a 10 x10 and providing us with a second lock) just the offer of a possible unit that was too big, and not until later in the week when we had planned everything around getting our stuff…
Hi Andrew, I appreciate you sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that this miscommunication took place. In these cases, it's common practice to offer something that would accommodate you. We certainly do not want to leave any of our customers high and dry.

Incredibly clean, warm, and secure facility! Locker is impeccably clean and the amount if security detail to the units is great. They're individually alarmed with many key fob points to keep your stuff safe. Carts for moving things in, padded elevators and big bay doors to move. Really excited to get some more room in my apartment and store my stuff away.

Outstanding experience, both Kathleen and Robyn have been extremely helpful and accommodated all my requests. Had to switch over to a larger unit, and also rent a second unit, and the requests were satisfied very promptly. Location is very convenient, units are very clean and in top shape, access is extremely easy. 6 stars out of 5!

I was super surprised when I visited this location to get a storage unit. It is very, very clean. Looks really nice, shiny floors turquoise doors, great price for units. Easy access to the facility and your unit. Front desk staff are very friendly.
