We were not at all impressed with Wee Store. The furniture we had stored in their storage unit was damaged by rodents...and I don't believe them at all when they claim to have a pest control program in place. It certainly is failing if that is the case. Bottom line? Don't store anything you value in their storage units if you don't want it nibbled or defected on by a merry band of rodents.
Mice got in and nested inside all fabric of furniture,towels,mattresses,bedding.Wool rugs eaten.Totally ruined.All had to be thrown out.The small compensation we received was totally inadequate and did not begin to cover the cost of all that was lost.

It’s fairly clean but problem is that 15 minutes before they close the unit and that is not acceptable. We got there at 4:45 and on their site closing hours was 5pm so we assumed that we still have 15 minutes left but the Lady Manager said …

I tried for over a month to book a unit (which they said was available), I tried to email and call. They would reply to my initial email and then not respond, and did not phone (after they said they would) to sort out details, and did not …
Horrible customer service. Unfriendly staff. They pick and choose who moves into there units! Not business friendly at all! Have a business and need to store your stuff you cannot here!

The woman who helped me at the Guelph location was kind, efficient, and a great communicator. I got there 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday and she was nothing but helpful. Haven’t had that sort of customer service for many years.

I had such a wonderful experience at Access Storage on Dawson Road in Guelph! Gloria (the Store Manager) and Shae (the Assistant Manager) went above and beyond to help me. I ended up needing to rent a extra storage unit the very next day, and even though I felt bad because I was adding more work for them, they were nothing but kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to find me units that were close together, which made moving and organizing everything so much easier.

The store manager Gloria Rivas-Bonilla was very knowledgeable about the entire complex and explained everything in detail. She was extremely pleasant and made the whole process of getting a new storage unit, easy. She took her time and was patient with me. I appreciate her. I hope she got her nail fixed lol.
