They came to our apartment and saw one roach and took the pieces of furniture they had on their truck back into our apartment we got a different moved and when everything was delivered we notice a stand and a streamer missing

Not sure if they were just having a bad day or not because other reviews are obviously quite good, but if I could go back I would not have gone with them. They started off the day by immediately complaining about our job behind our backs, which we overheard and told them they could leave if they didn’t want the job. One of the other employees did later apologize which was nice.

At 29 weeks pregnant, I needed an entire household of furniture moved into storage on a tight timeline. Accountable Movers handled everything with professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and had everything carefully wrapped, protected, and loaded without damage. I hired Accountable Movers based on Reddit recommendations for small moves in Tucson, and they were excellent. Good communication, picked up the items without me being there; brought them here and set them up. Reasonable price; very, very nice guys.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. I hired David for a move June 2021 from single story home to a two story home. After that move went so smoothly I knew I would always use David to move if he was available. Well June 2023 time to move again. I called David on a Friday and he was able to get me on schedule for Monday. He is so kind and helpful. Putting boxes and totes all in the right rooms. And even if you set up something and want it moved around he has no problem moving the item.

They completed the entire task in just 45 minutes—fast, efficient, and gentle with our items. They even went above and beyond by removing the carpet so the tile work could begin.
