Movers complained that we had too much stuff, stopped packing my things and left enough behind at the old house that I had to rent a U-Haul. But during the virtual walkthrough, I was encouraged to not pack my own things, and let them handle it. But then they filled up my rented dumpster by unboxing things we already packed and repacking them with their own boxes, which they charged us for. And they wanted to leave our stuff out on the front lawn overnight, in the rain. Got mad when I told them no.
I am in the process of having a delivery from this company at the present time through Coleman Furniture and the employees at Ace Moving have been very rude. I have tried numerous times to find out a delivery date for my order and I am continually told it is is a line to be inspected and they cannot set up a date for delivery. I was told through Coleman Furniture I would receive my order in 2 - 3 weeks. It has been at Ace now for the last two weeks.
I would never recommend Atlas to anyone planning a move. Had we known it would take more than two weeks to receive our belongings, we would have chosen a different moving company or explored other options altogether. From our very first conversation, Jeff looked at the route and estimated a delivery turnaround of approximately 4–5 days. Based on that information, we felt comfortable moving forward. Later, the delivery window was changed to June 5–9. While inconvenient, we adjusted our plans accordingly.
Will hold your packages hostage and deliver them “when they feel like it” my package was supposed to be delivered today 11/30/2022 and was told their going to hold it hostage until 12/02/2022

This company is often used to deliver large items for online purchases. I hope companies would reconsider using them in the future because they are terrible! I got stuck with them delivering two separate items recently and both experiences were terrible. I recently ordered a sofa online and this company was used to deliver it. They showed up on Tuesday of this week but we weren't home. Unfortunately, I didn't ever get a shipping confirmation so I wasn't aware that it was about to be delivered.
One of the worst customer service (if you can call it that) I have encountered! It seems like they have a reputation when it comes to Wayfair deliveries or lack of I should say (see previous reviews). The route scheduler Dena is one of the most unprofessional persons I have every encountered. After leaving her several messages and no call backs, I insisted on speaking to her. She very candidly stated they can only deliver our recliners on Thursday 10 days after what Wayfair stated it will be delivered.
Poorly ran business. Unfortunately I did not get an option on who delivered my mattress that came from Purple. My order came a week late, this company had no remorse for taking their time. When the order was finally scheduled to be delivered I wasn’t notified until the day before and was told there would need to be a signature for the package and would also get a courtesy call 30 min prior to it being delivered.
Picked up parcel step deck load I need a flat pice of steel forked to back of trailer to put all the crates together so I could tarp them on the lower back. The guy on building #2 refused to do it , , then wrote no tarp real big on my bol , the deal was sents he could not fork on 115inch x 115 inch steel , to back of my trailer so I could secure this load better , I had no choice but to leave untarped an I had to go to another place an pay for some help so I could tarp the load , , I had hell trying to get it…

This is the second time I’ve used Ace and they’ve quickly become the only movers I’ll use! Demetrius, Travis, TJ and crew-leader Dennis we’re onsite at my business October 31 and were professional, efficient and friendly! They actually self-elected to work through lunch to ensure the removal of old furniture was completed in one day and on time. I had the same experience with the crew who moved my business Oct. 2 and Oct. 4.

My work recently used Ace for a weeklong multi location move. It was challenging in many ways, due to both location and the items in our loads. We had the most phenomenal team with Will, Chris, Chas, and Damon. They were supremely friendly, professional, careful, conscientious, and kind. I’ve worked with many different moving crews in the past eight years of this work, and this crew was far and away my favorite. They were phenomenal. They were not only on time—but early!

Ace Moving & Storage was a God send. I had set up to have my packing and storing of my household goods while a remodeling was taking place at my house. The last minute - I am talking a day before the contractor I thought I was using fell through. Frantic call and I was told no problem let us know when you are ready. Fast forward 5 weeks - signed a contract on Tuesday and on Thursday Amy and Jose D showed up ready to pack up my house, along with Victor and another lady I do not remember her name.
