Absolutely beyond frustrated and disappointed with our moving experience with Bigger Better Movers. I have never worked with a company this unprofessional before and absolutely cannot recommend them for anyone’s moving needs. My husband and I booked with Bigger Better Movers for our recent move from OKC to Tulsa.
SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT They were very nice and polite, the movers were friendly it was almost perfect until I discovered things that were broken. They have a portal to claim damages which I submitted with NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. One of the trucks had a leak and destroyed a personal items that cannot be replaced. They even left 2 boxes and miscellaneous in the house drove off without them I would NOT recommend them. Be ware of the scam

Movers were great. What I didnt really care for was when I booked I was given a range of prices for the quote. From $400-580 for example. That was great, I planned on the high end. Then after the move was completed, I was charged $798 bc it took them longer than expected. Quote more accurately. A bump in price by several hundred dollars from a quoted rate is not acceptable after services rendered. Charge flat rates and honor a quoted price.

Do not hire this company. They are amateurs who will do a horrible job, ruin your furniture, and then do nothing to make it right. The "moving professionals" showed up to my house without a single tool and without enough padding to wrap more than two items of my furniture. They also failed to move several items because they "didn't have enough pads." When moving into my new house, they told me it was their "professional opinion" that two of my items would not fit up the staircase.
I would not recommend them. I got a call first thing in the morning asking to reschedule my move to later in the day. It wasn’t a big deal as I had be day off to move. They moved my two hour arrival window from 9-11 to 2-4 pm. 3:50 rolls around and they haven’t called yet. I give them a ring to see what up and the owner Daniel forgot about me. He did not put my move down in the books for later in the day. They didn’t have anyone to move my stuff and asked me if I could postpone with a 10% discount.

The absolute worst company I have ever used for moving. 100% a scam. Use a different company. Here are some of the things they did in my recent move: - Some of our large expensive items are missing. I called them to complain about that; they said “oh yeah we have this item. We’ll get it to you tomorrow” and they never did. - I called them several times to ask for replacement for items they have broken. They said several times “we’ll call you right back” then they never did or resolved the issue.

I was prepared to give a 5 star until at the very end if move my marble coffee table was broken. One mover inadvertently place it down on an uneven surface and it fell over. I heard the crash from the other room. Of course accidents will happen when moving but you at least expect to be compensated for your damaged goods. I paid for this move for my grandson and this table was given to him which is over 20 yrs old. No damage at all. He filed a claim the next day ..
Linda, You’re right, damages do happen. Our team did receive the claim and responded multiple times but continually got a “delivery incomplete” auto response because the email YOU put as a contact to respond is incorrect or unable to accept messages.
My niece had posted a review on my behalf about 5 months ago, I read your response & I told them to be careful with my table because the leg had been repaired previously & they were very rough with it & we heard it crack while they were moving it, also one of them did steal from me $20 it was one of the older $20 bills which was in a plastic container with the lid on it & that was one of the items I asked them not to take but they did anyways, also the one smell like alcohol very strongly & my table wasn’t the…

Update 2025: We used Bigger Better Movers again for a move out of state and they did a great job again. Much better pricing and service than the large interstate moving companies. Would gladly recommend to anyone! From 2020: This was the most painless moving experience we have ever had. They were right on time, were very polite and professional, and they were very careful in moving our belongings. They also were organized and made sure to follow the labels I put on each box regarding which room to put them in.

We had a great experience with BBM. First, Grayson called and confirmed details of our move as well as answered all of my questions. Then, the actual movers Xavier and D’Metrius, called to let me know the estimated time of arrival (which was the time they were scheduled to arrive) and again when they got close to location. The job was a little bigger than we anticipated but they weren’t deterred. Even though we had a few obstacles to work around with miscellaneous items we were still putting in boxes.
