Always read reviews before hiring anyone! I’m telling myself that as well as anyone who reads this. Serenity Moving Services gave me the best quoted price to move a bedroom suit approximately 25 miles. They were given 3 large paper bags to drop off as well. They delivered the furniture then later in the afternoon I was told about the 3 paper bags that I should have received as well.
Ma'am the bags had been forgotten on the truck and retrieved later that evening also brought back to you by the crew leader well after hours. He did this on his own goodwill and left his wife and 3 month old child at 830pm to do this for you.
The two movers charged more than I was quoted..they had used a dolly that was loaned to help move me...I was told that it might be more because of the furniture that I forgot to mention but I told them that I would take most of the boxes thinking that would even things out but it didn't...very slow would highly NOT recommend them Response to your reply 1. There was only 5 furniture items to be moved total, only one item was added 2.
Hello again Christy, I am sorry that your bill fluctuated based on your inventory of items moved. This is explicitly spelled out when providing estimates. Our men also do not work or charge by time spent on jobs in 99 percent of the jobs we do.
Charged me extra for monitors they didn't ask about when doing a quote and didn't even secure them better and I doubt I'd get anything if they got damaged. My stuff has chips and gashes because they just put blankets over but don't wrap or secure things. Their boots were dirty so there was dirt in both of my places and they even used my furniture as stool because I could see the footprints on them. They took turns taking a number2 in my bathroom. Oh and.

Dropped my dressers multiple times. Dropped my bed frame twice. Left scratches and dents all over my bedroom set. Broke a piece of the bottom of one of the dressers. Plus showed up an hour late. Horrible experience. Never using you again.

I am LIVID with this moving company. I recently moved from Enid to Northern OKC. I did my own packing and asked the movers to load and unload my furniture. This was the BIGGEST move of my life. I have left my hometown. Therefore, this move was emotionally and physically exhausting!!! First, the movers admitted to scratching my brand new treadmill, but they failed to inform me that they damaged my Flat Screen T.V.
I'm truly sorry this move from Enid to Northern OKC was so stressful and disappointing for you, Dr. Jackson—especially during such an emotionally significant transition. We take all feedback seriously and regret that your experience did not meet the high standards we aim for.
This was my second time using packers to load moving containers, but the first time I used Serenity Moving Services. Previously, containers were packed from bottom to top to use the least amount of space and Tetris belongings. We left a few items out to pack ourselves and saw that the whole truck was used, and there was a good foot of space at the top (first photo).
After talking to my movers i was informed that they had not been instructed to pack floor to ceiling; saving space but risking the safety of the overall items. As is the case with most cross country movers they generally smash items in to fit as opposed to packing things safely.
After giving a detailed list of my house and it's contents, the movers couldn't move all our furniture. They left 2 tables, a freezer, multiple boxes, and gardening equipment. The owner then made multiple excuses for why this was left despite being on the manifest, they had nowhere near a big enough truck and left roughly 1/3 of our stuff behind. The owner also failed to inform us that we couldn't have any food in our freezer.
This is the same customer as Michelle, who intended to have a freezer with over 500 pounds of meat moved illegally in a non refrigerated truck on a 3.5 hr trip for free. The second trip was given at a large discount and only Mileage would be assessed having his contents moved for free as long as…
I would give this company zero stars if I could. The problems began as soon as I asked for a standard, professional quote on official company letterhead—a reasonable request when you're paying thousands and need documentation for employer reimbursement. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide it. Instead, I was told they were “booked for the rest of the week and the next week,” with no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I'm truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and the disappointment it caused, especially during what is already a stressful time with moving. We value every customer's feedback, even when it's critical, as it helps us improve.

Called them on short notice. Was quoted a fair price for 1 hour's labor. They did an astounding job and got our two-bedroom apartment moved from the bottom unit to the top floor unit across the way within that hour. Compared to other places I received quotes for, they saved my bank account as much as my back. Next time we move I'll definitely be calling on them again. Sorry I didn't catch the other guys' names, but Skylar and his two teammates kicked ass.

Summary: Team was punctual, efficient, and communicated strategy very well; however there was some damage to one piece of 3-piece sectional. We needed a three piece reclining sectional moved from a second floor apartment to a single story house, this was not an easy task by any margin. Overall the experience was smooth, the movers came and inspected the pieces to determine how they would begin the process and communicated what the game-plan was very well.

10/10 Hands down the best experience we could have ever had with moving. It made the experience stress free. The price they gave us on the phone was the price they honored. They were so respectful with all our belongings and didn’t damage anything and we have multiple big heavy items. They went above and beyond for my family and even worked around my dogs. They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%.
