We had a bad experience with Ace Moving. We had a 3 man crew, but we were lucky if 2 of them were actually working at once. For example- one guy spent 20 minutes in his truck on the phone, they spent 20 minutes adjusting a plastic picnic table after we told them to put it the garage, I watched a guy literally carry one umbrella into the house and nothing else. They dropped our child's dresser and broke three of the drawers. We were told the "quality of the furniture was lacking and these things happen".
I hired to moved from MN to another state. They changed the delivery date 3 times and then showed up a different date, when I was not expecting them. Due to this, I wasn't able to go through and make sure all of my valuables were out away. Unfortunately, my wedding ring was stolen off of my bathroom counter by one of the movers. I received notification help from the company except for file a police report, which I did, but all of the movers had left prior to the police arrival. Definitely would not recommend.
We did not have a great experience with this company. Initially, they were responsive and communicative through email which was great. The Friday prior to our Monday move they called to see if it would be possible to change our initial 8 …

Movers were fast, efficient, and polite. They took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture and made our move easy. Also a great price! I would definitely recommend them!
We recently used the services of Ace Moving & Warehousing Rochester, MN, for our move, and it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. They were attentive and responsive from the moment we first made contact. The move itself surpassed our expectations! The movers were exceptionally punctual and efficient. What could have been a stressful situation evolved into a smooth and seamless transition. If we ever need to move again, we will not hesitate to contact Ace Moving & Warehousing.
We would highly recommend Ace Moving for your local move. We recently used them to move from one home of 35 years to a new build. Jared and his crew were very professional and very polite. Everything was wrapped and moved with care. Their pricing was better than all other bids we received. And, they had "used" boxes for us to use (many of these "used" boxes were brand new). Couldn't be happier with this move.
I've worked with Ace Moving both personally and professionally and have really enjoyed my experiences. They have always been communicative, organized, and professional. For the past 5 years they have delivered thousands of backpacks and school supplies for our program for free!
