A hard NO! This storage company, headquartered in Rochester, tampered with the ceiling above our unit in Albert Lea and water damaged our antique furniture. They are claiming the tile was missing BEFORE we moved in and that we were encouraged to inspect the unit carefully before moving in. This was not the case. Absolutely horrific rate increases while providing bare minimum services and an outdated payment system. Have been renting a unit here happily for a while, but there are SO MANY other storage places in town - GO FIND A BETTER DEAL. Update: Found a place a few streets away saving me over $200 a year.

I have had a great experience with this storage facility! The property is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. Access is convenient, and I feel confident my belongings are safe at all times. Pricing is fair with no surprises and you don't have to give notice for moving out. That flexibility is helful to me. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable clean storage!

Moving from WA back to Rochester MN, we came with our first uhaul truck to put boxes into storage. From my first phone call to arriving to the storage unit, Jonathon was so kind and helpful. His personality is amazing and fun. He showed so much respect to both my sister and I. We will be moving furniture into another unit in June, and I will continue to have Jonathon help us , as we really appreciate him. 😀

The staff here is very friendly and understanding if you need to make a payment arrangement. Very clean inside. I love the extra large freight elevator. The only downfall is that they only have one bathroom in their VERY LARGE building. It would be nice if there were one on opposite corners so people didn't have to walk for 5 mins to get to the other side of the building.
