Complete incompetence. They packing large, heavy boxes on top of smaller boxes clearly labeled as fragile; they did not label items; they lost our belongs; they attempted to deliver items that did not belong to us; and they dropped an entire load of boxes clearly labeled as fragile in front of me. The delivery guy promised to inform his superiors. I also immediately informed Piepho.

We hired Piepho Moving and Storage for our move to our new home, and it was a terrible experience. They damaged a beautiful live edge wood table, and four months later we still have no answers of a proper fix or reimbursement.

Worst experience moving ever. We were lied to. Mis quoted the bid and claimed he was never shown the other garage. Really, you walked through it told us how the freezer needed to be prepped prior to the move. Then have the edacity to say I never showed to a garage? what a bunch of BS. checkout the BBB prior to using these guys. Very Underhanded.

The move went really well and I am happy with it except the furniture with drawers in some cases was tipped upside down. I still have been unable to open one on my desk drawers.

The estimate was thorough and the team was very responsive and flexible throughout the move planning process. The team that showed up the day of the move was efficient and organized. I was happy that the company staffed the move so that it could be completed in one day versus across two days, since the move was local. The team spent great care in packing fragile items in the midst of working quickly. Additionally, we needed to add an extra delivery stop and the team was very accommodating.
