Yes it's a storage unit that is climate control. Except they are so automatic in their building and having everything 1 way that their facility has not only gotten me badly hurt but it also has caused a lot of my stuff to be broken. their facility shuts down all lights if it doesn't trip the motion sensor when someone is in the build. It goes by the hallway sensors and I'm in my unit organizing and I fall over everything because I have yo go into the haulway to trip the sensor.

My wife and I used a big storage unit there for 4 years, and we were satisfied. But this week we discovered extensive mildew on many clothes and other items. We had to spend $500 on dry cleaning the clothes, and we threw away the other infected items. Yesterday we moved everything out of the storage unit. We think that the building is kept at a wider range of temperatures than when we first moved in.

The building in SE Rochester is clean, easily accessible with personnel answering phones promptly and courteously. After storing my piano for almost 2 years, it still sounds good. Temperature suitable for piano. I have only experienced two drawbacks. One having little lighting in a large corner unit which made it a challenge to find belongings if needed and the other was no snow or ice removal in front of the outside door in winter which made it difficult to keep door open with stop and to steer a cart through the…

They were very professional and had a moving truck that I could use to get all my stuff to the storage unit. It was very nice to have an all climate storage unit for all my stuff. Jonathan was nice and accommodating. He stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions.
