Rochester Storage did an excellent job with my move. They were great at communicating with me. They had reasonable pricing. They were very friendly, well-prepared & knowledgeable. The move went very efficiently at both my old place & new. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat & I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

Pros: Owner is friendly enough, and unit was cleaned inside on move in. Security is present, and above average with high definition night vision IFR cameras around facility, a nice touch. Units are cheap / fairly large with handicap accessible pull handles. Units are insulated, and seperated allowing for protection of personal items from rodents / insects / other unit smells / ect. Cons: Lack of move in / move out walkthrough, and was billed for previously existing damages upon move out.

I had a great experience renting a storage unit from Brian at Rochester Storage. Brian is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions, he was responsive and helpful, and he made the entire rental process smooth from start to finish. The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I never had any concerns about the safety of my belongings. When I received a shipment to my storage unit, Brian also helped me unload the truck, which made the process much easier.
