I just call one number in Google map While l was talking one person on the phone he hanged up me no reason and without explain very rude …
I thought the move went fine... the movers were fast and efficient. Later that night my landlord texted me. While moving things into the new place, one of the movers had knocked over a can of paint, spilling it on the floor and some nearby items. They had then covered up the spill with one of the moving tarps. It took a week to hear back from the company, and they offered to pay $50 if I signed a confidentiality agreement (guess what I didn't accept). I wouldn't trust them to move again.
sorry to hear that. i will tell customer service to call you.

In their own words
From start to finish, ACE Movers delivered top-notch service. The staff was courteous, responsive, and clearly experienced. They made a potentially stressful day go smoothly. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family!
The crew were such good company that the day actually flew by. Funny, easygoing, careful with everything, and genuinely kind to my nervous old cat. Turned the worst day of the month into a pretty good one, and I'm grateful for that.
Thank you for using Ace Moving San Francisco ! Looking forward helping you again in the future !
Rain started right as we were loading and one of the movers had the truck covered before I even looked up. Everything stayed dry the whole way to Potrero Hill. That quick thinking saved my boxes, and I won't forget it.
I was dreading the parking situation more than the move itself, because my old block has nowhere to put a truck and I figured we'd be hauling boxes a block uphill all day. Somehow they sorted it, found a spot, ran a smooth relay, and never once complained. If you've moved in SF you know that's half the battle right there.
Thank you for using Ace Moving San Francisco ! Looking forward helping you again in the future !
