Worst moving experience in my life after 10+ moves. The moving team of three had only one person who seemed to know what they were doing. The others, as they wrapped and moved items, looked like it was their first time. All three were very slow - no hustle at all in comparison to watching other moving companies' employees. The move took over twice as long as was estimated (10 hours for a move with only a half hour drive between places, for a small 2BR apartment), thus was more than twice the cost to us.
Uson, slava, and Félix were absolutely incredible and so fast at the job! This was my first time getting movers and hands down I would use these guys again! Edit: One of my boxes ended up missing. Didn’t realize it until I started unpacking. Just happens to be the box with what little jewelry I owned, and all the trinkets and things I’ve collected over the years from momentous occasions and travels. Stupidly I signed off the paperwork not realizing any of this.

Their movers are completely incompetent, marked up my walls when they moved us. When I complained they were rude and nasty. Stay away!
Hello Peppermint - It sounds like you may have used another company that has been using our name illegally. But if this was us, I will be more than happy to have it fixed for you. Customer service means everything to us. Call me when you get this and I'll make sure you're happy.
Terrible experience. I asked specifically if they had both movers and packers because they are often done by very two different types of people. Movers are strong and know how to lift heavy things. Packers are careful and know how to pack things so that they don’t break and are clean on the other side of the move. Their tricky response was “we are a full service moving company that includes packing” In my experience, they did not have packers, but only had movers who packed.

I fully disclosed to the sales person what I needed to be moved and the logistics of our home and stairwells. I even sent multiple photos before booking. The crew of three movers were inexperienced and not well-suited for the move I needed. Additionally, they caused considerable damage to my home. After working with the owner (Frank) to right some of their mistakes, he said to me that I had not been honest about the extent of the move that I had needed. If you have a simple move, they might be good.
I'm moving from a studio to a one bedroom. I literally have a queen bed, couch, tv, tv stand, and clothes. The representative(Jack) said it would take three movers to move me and he quoted me a price as if four movers were going to move me. …
I'm so sorry to hear about this TH but I'm afraid you may have the wrong company. We definitely don't have anyone named Jeff here and we always provide free use of wardrobe boxes, so you don't even have to worry about the hanging clothes with us.

Pure Moving Company in San Francisco was fantastic! I moved from the Western Addition over to the Mission Bay district with ease. A one bedroom took me a week to pack up, ending with around 20 different size boxes. Rustam and Fito arrived, helped wrapped up my dresser, mattress, and electronics with care. Got everything loaded up and unloaded at my new destination in about 4 hours. The entire process was stress free. From the initial quote and scheduling process with Sam, Matthew, and Tad.

Our team, led by Zhenya, was EXCEPTIONAL. Bekzod, Toha, Arsalan and Alex were all extremely hard working and super conscientious with every detail of our move. We moved out of a 5-level home with a lot of stairs; I never heard one complaint or saw anyone slow down the entire time. All of our items were handled with care and well taken care of. Their service orientation, attention to detail, care and hard work all resulted in a great move experience.
