WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This moving company is waste of your money. To start, they showed up late and they did not come prepared with a big enough truck even though I advised them that we would most likely need a 18-wheeler or comparable amount of space, delaying our move for an additional 2 hours. This alone caused a number of issues, including that the drive, that should have taken 2 and a 1/2 hours took 4, because by the time the additional trucks showed up, it was in the middle of the evening commute…
I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this moving experience was so awful that I had to share. I spoke with Nick on the phone and got an initial quote. He asked what type of house I live in (three bedroom), if I had any oversized appliances (a garage freezer), or anything else of unusual size (some potted trees, all under 6' tall). He assured me that 4 guys could pack and move our entire house in 9-11 hours at $250/hour cash or $270/hour card.

I would love to give a positive review about this experience. However... I was provided a quote for 3 hours which I was fine with as I knew how long this should take, it was not my first time moving. The movers (Nik and friend) arrived 90 minutes late and I was on a strict time schedule which I had told the person when I made the appointment. Strike 1. Strike 2 was the fact it took them over 2 hours to load my things into the truck. 2 chairs, a bed and multiple boxes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! We read plenty of good reviews here, so we trusted them with our recent move from SF to Oakland. The movers, who were lovely people, broke our desk, but assured us that the company would provide a full replacement. After two months of constantly contacting them - it took at least 12 calls and 3 emails each time to get any response, over a period of weeks - we finally received a very partial refund that covered less than 1/3 the cost of replacing the desk.

Terrible communication. They were going to be a couple hours late and they never even told me. I had to scramble and a new mover on the day they were scheduled to me me! Nightmare. And they never issued me a refund or spoke to me. I had to do a charge back. I asked for a manager to discuss the problem and I heard nothing back. I can’t believe these guys are a legitimate business.

A company that would lie to you straight up is not to be trusted. They offer a 10% discount that they do not honor. You call, they say it is included. Then, if you ask what the original rate is they don't even have the math straight. So they are not even good al lying. There are plenty of good companies in the area go with a honorable one.
