Worst experience I ever had with a move. I showed everything that needed to go with the move and the representative didn’t add things that we said should be going. Originally quoted at 6,400 for all the items I showed and on the day of move things were missing off the list. It was not communicated we would have extra charges of adding the items that should have been in the original quote. The Lead Pick Up Guy said we are doing extra free due to the mistake.
Horrible experience. Worked slow, came unprepared and time misrepresentation…cost us lot more due to lack of professionalism. California management team rude and not customer friendly. I was referred to them by Meta preferred movers for professionalism and excellence in customer service. Disappointing experience! Far from white-glove service!

They ask us to review right away so you feel a bit obliged to give them a good review. They were so slow, took them the whole day from morning to 8pm at night, moving one box at a time from the truck to our home. They were however very careful with our stuff. With that being said, we won’t be booking them anytime soon as it was $$$$ because of their slowness.

I will never use this company again. SO MANY BOXES were lost and never found during our moving process. The amount of money you get back doesn't even cover one item of everything they lost. Gerald was cool though, super helpful, but its sad that our experience was terrible.

I went with Roadway Moving for my move from SF to LA and I could not be happier with my decision! The idea of moving in such a tight time frame was really stressful but the Roadway Moving team immediately brought me so much ease as soon as I got on the phone with them.
