In their own words
We started out by having the estimator come out like everyone does. He went through all our rooms, documented our stuff to be packed plus furniture and even looked under our kitchen and bathroom sinks for stuff under there. We were told that packing would begin on June 1, they’d leave us the bed and bathroom stuff plus our TV and couch so we’d have something to do that evening and would come back for it on June 2. Our price to pack and move to TN was $6200 for a two bedroom house with only one bedroom set.

Sales representative never got back to me with the quote after doing a walk through of my home. I tried calling multiple times and left a voicemail. Seems as if they did not want my business. I decided to go with Two Men and a Truck as they were more responsive and eager to earn my business
Worst moving experience I have ever had!!! The movers first left some of my belongings outside in the rain. Then they damaged my home and hid the damage by placing boxes in front of the damage so that it couldn't be noticed during the move out inspection. I contacted the company and provided them pictures of the damage and a move in inspection that was conducted only 4 days prior to the move in. They said that they would get back to me within the week. Well 5 weeks later no phone calls or emails.
I gave them ample opportunity! The movers laid my refrigerator down and broke the handle. They sent a repair person out who told me it was probably laid down and no longer works! They are now only wanting to reimburse 85.00 for the handle and refuse to pay to replace it! I have filed a claim with United!
Lori, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. We strive to give all our customers a smooth and stress free move, and we regret that you did not find this to be your experience. In regards to your claims settlement, we do settle claims pursuant to the operating tariff.
These movers are one hour in and have packed two boxes. Sitting around on their phones on my couch when ask about it they went out and are sitting in truck.

ADSI MOVING moved me from SC to NC in January 2015. everyone I dealt with from Lindsey - my Relocation Consultant to Jason in Customer Service and the moving crew were great, Great communication and never had to wait for an answer to any question I had about the process. Crew was on time -and very professional, Not one item was damaged in the process. I would recomment ADSI to anyone who is planning a move whether short or long distance.

Absolutely amazing experience working with ADSI Moving Systems! They know what they are doing. Lindsey answered all of my questions, and explained how the move would go while he was giving me a quote. Then, he and Wendy followed up each step of the way and were always available via email or phone if I needed anything. Andrew, Kashawn, and Johnny G, thank you 3 for the easy move day! They got it all done in less time than expected. During a busy time in life, ADSI made moving a breeze.

What a wonderful team!! Baylen, Zay, Damonte, and Camden were able to accommodate a same day move! I had transported a truckload of cabinets and needed a reliable team to safely move them into a new build. Not only did they show up 15 minutes early- they went right to work and never stopped until the last piece was safely in the house. They were professional and very courteous. They saved the day for us and we are so grateful to have found such a hard-working and nice crew!
