Very disappointed with this place I thought i left my items in good care was i ever so wrong after going through my items some things were missing but its OK Jehovah God sit high and look low to see it ALL it hurt most because some things can't be replaced you can delete this post but why would you? I'm speaking my truth and I will stick to it I'm a dedicated christian and would NEVER EVER wish this on NO one I'm going to say this and be done be careful of who you trust in you business...
Units are clean. Easy to access. Good experience with the person working at the front to sign up. HOWEVER, it has been 5 months since I’ve rented this storage and the price went from $62/year with $12 insurance to $92 with $14 insurance..out of nowhere. That’s $110! I received a letter saying they were raising it an additional $30/month to compete with surrounding prices and that was it. I have rented many storage units and I have never had the price raised before a year ended.
Hey there! So, I've noticed that the prices for my storage units have gone up quite a bit in the past year. It's a shame because this place used to be the most affordable and nicest storage facility around. Now, they're just as pricey as everyone else. I'm starting to wonder if the owners have changed hands to someone more interested in profit than customer satisfaction. It's frustrating when businesses prioritize greed over their customers.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. i’ve had a unit with them for almost a year, i started with paying $168 which was fine everything was great. without notice it goes up to $200 out of nowhere and they’re telling me a they sent a “notice” in the mail which i never received. Will be switching companies soon. i left public storage for the same reason 2 years ago & i will be leaving this company when i have time off to move my stuff out. wish i could leave 0 stars.

I was looking to rent a unit from this facility due to it's high review rating. Although the staff was really nice and helpful over the phone, for some reason this facility was un-willing to show me there terms and conditions of rental in writing prior to submitting a non-refundable payment. After 2 days of looking into it, apparently I can only have access to and sign the lease/term and conditions of rental after submitting a payment. This doesn't make much sense to me, so I'm going elsewhere.

Renting a unit was a very quick and easy process. The employee who helped me was very polite, professional and, easily answered all of my questions. The units are very clean, the hallways are well lit, with security cameras everywhere. I feel very safe even going even after hours.
