Everything went well , until my coffee table was broken and they promised to fix it !! And that never happened the table was in their possession for three months and I received it back still broken . I was told they had insurance and I also tipped and i was upset and just wanted my table back . I hope no one else would experience what i have . I was moving into my Senior Living apartment . be careful with the things that you cherish , you shouldn't trust everyone , even if the price is right
I apologize Mrs.Etta for the confusion with last manager, I was not aware of this situation!! We are handling this for you as of 06/27. Thanks Etta for your honest review, I look forward to making this right after our conversation! Thanks again - Jamal (Owner)

Hustle and muscle what can I say you were heaven sent for me at the time of need you are professional and on time good communication skills straight to the point sophisticated and very careful and cautious with my household goods I cannot thank you guys enough for what you did for me from the very beginning when I called Jamal to inquire about my move he gave me the up most respect the hustle and muscle team I will refer them to anyone who is moving in the Augusta Evans Georgia area and the surrounding areas of…
We just moved from Grovetown to Dublin our move went seamlessly! If I could give Jamal and his crew 10 stars I definitely would! Jamal and his crew were very professional, mannerly, and handled our furniture very carefully. Jamal was the only mover we interviewed that actually came to our home to see the items we needed moved and then gave us a very fair price the next day.
I cannot recommend Hustle and Muscle highly enough! We recently had the pleasure of moving with this phenomenal company, owned by the incredibly driven and professional Jamal. At just 24 years old, Jamal performs like a seasoned pro, leading his team with remarkable skill and a positive attitude. Our move was quite the endeavor — a demanding 4-hour journey to Alabama. However, from start to finish, the experience with Hustle and Muscle was seamless.
5 stars are not enough! This is the second time Jamal and his team have assisted me in a move. Pure excellence! Not only are they on time, they respect your time, your belongings, your "oh thats fragile" look, and more. They are also fun while working. The three gentleman that assisted me were Wadley, Layvion and Adrian. Incredible team!!! I thought maybe Wadley may be the team lead, he was on it! They worked amazing together! Jamal runs his company incredibly professional and he truly cares about his clients!
