DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Completely Unprofessional and Dishonest My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They damaged my brand-new bedroom set and used tape to hold my dresser drawers together—completely unprofessional behavior. They were instructed not to touch anything that wasn’t boxed, but still moved items they weren’t supposed to. One mover even broke my 64-inch TV by carelessly dragging it across the room instead of properly disassembling and packing it.
Miss Kathy, your furniture was real wood. It should’ve been wrapped up and took care of heavy Oakwood and your couches wasn’t regular couches. They were recliners and the truck was full from the front to the back and then I took a hour off your time we try to accommodate our customers the best way…
Be cautious when setting up a move with this company. Unfortunately, it did NOT seem that we spoke with the same person more than once, which may be where the discrepancy is from. We were quoted between $600-$700 for a move only 1.5 hours away from our previous address, which was estimated between 5-6 hours. When all was said and done, was charged closer to $1300, plus the deposit that was not put towards the total.

Well, it started off well. My intent was to write a glowing review. On Monday, they came and moved what was a minor load. They helped us move a fridge from one place to another. We did have a treadmill and a weight station that took some time to break down. They left half of the weight station. They then got to the new home and dented a pillar, put a hole in the wall, and tore paint off the walls trying to put a couch in the bedroom. The biggest problem is that they lied. They came to a two veteran home and lied.

Overpriced. Disappeared when they were supposed to be following us from point a to b. Got “lost” for 40 minutes that we were charged for. Even though we were taking them and they had the exact address. They also damaged some of our stuff …

I am leaving a 2-star review because I experienced some negative elements using this company. To begin with, the mover guys took over 5 hrs to load my property. The first 2 hours seemed fast and uneventful, but the remaining 3 hours dragged, they seemed tired and dropped a lot of stuff, and seemed to not work well together. Their "tetris skills" on packing a moving truck are horrible.
Yes ma’am for number one that was two years ago so you have no accumulated more items in the last two years then when you have a 26 foot truck and you pack it from the front to the back, it’s gonna at least take at least between 2 1/2 to 3 hours ma’am those guys make sure they wrapped up everything…
Yall! I never leave reviews and especially because it was Black owned I struggled but this was unacceptable. The customer service is my only positive because Mr Nathan was nice and organized prior to the move however the actual move was a nightmare. First, one of the movers WALKED OFF and left in the middle of the move. Therefore it was predominantly one man moving my place. I moved a 2bedroom 920 sq apartment to a different unit in the SAME complex. The move took 10 hours to complete and was a whopping $1,000.

This isn’t a complaint, just an observation to share our experience. We contacted this company to move a refrigerator and a salad bar from our food trailer. One person arrived in a BMW with a dolly. After entering the trailer, he quoted us $160 and confirmed he could move everything himself. Later, he asked me to help, and eventually we had to ask our neighbors to assist so we could get the items out. In the end, even though we did most of the lifting with neighbors’ help, he still charged us $150 for the job.

Some of the best hard working guys I've ever had the pleasure to do business with in my whole life. And I'm an old woman. They went way, way above what anyone else would have. And at the end of the day when I'm sure they just wanted to be home. They moved a very heavy electric wheelchair with a dead battery into storage for me so that I didn't lose it. If I ever have to move something they are the only ones I will ever call. Thanks again guys
