Update: apparently the men who moved my things stole my space heater. It was stacked in with all of the boxes, but not in a box. It was at the house I was moving from, but never made it to its destination. I've looked everywhere, I even did a walk thru at the old house and nothing was there. This company charged a huge amount to move one (1) person from a Two bed/2 bath home, 5.2 miles was $1200, AND they damaged my lawn by missing the driveway in their truck. Expensive and destructive. I do not recommend.

I left some negative feedback and was told I’d be contacted. I have yet to be contacted so leaving this review. The team that was sent to me was extremely slow moving during the first half of the move. I swear they had to of been hung over or something. What would take two normal people 1-1.5 hrs took them 3!! They stacked heavy stuff on top of my crossbow in the gondola, putting my crossbow on the very bottom of everything! They spilled my toolbox everywhere and it’s messed up. Tools and things everywhere!!

My initial interactions were professional and courteous and the movers were nice. However they grossly underestimated the size of my move from Fort Worth to Houston (compared to a competing bid which included an additional bobtail truck if needed). Einstein should have said right away that 2 trucks were clearly needed, initially, or on the packing day (they said there will be some items left over but didn't indicate that a substantial portion would be left behind).

We have used Einstein several times in the last year helping my mom and aunt downsize, and then just moving furniture in and/out of storage between locations. Einstein has been available, on time, and sends very courteous, attentive (and strong) workers. I always appreciate their call in the morning to say they are leaving the warehouse and any concerns about traffic. Communication is key.

What can I say about Einstein Moving Company … to begin with, I truly do not like moving and have tried not to move often (only 3 times in the last 34 years) BUT this last time Einstein made things EASY. If I were to use a SINGLE word to describe our experience with them the word would have to be SUPERB (no joke, really mean it). From the moment we contacted them about potentially helping us with the move, they were courteous, informative and very fair with their pricing.
We're super happy that everything went so well on your move, Eduardo! Moving is not at the top of anyone's list of favorite activities, but I'm thrilled that the team was able to take the stress and headache out of the process for you.
I recently used Einstein Moving Company, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nikolas and Devan. They were absolutely fantastic! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They immediately got to work, carefully wrapping and protecting all of my furniture with great care. I was particularly impressed with how meticulously they handled some of my more delicate pieces. What truly stood out was their speed and efficiency. They worked incredibly fast, but without sacrificing quality.

Einstein Moving Company exceeded every expectation I had. Moving can be stressful, but Nic and Rob made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. They reached out ahead of time so I knew exactly who to expect, which I really appreciated. Even with a last minute change to one of the movers, communication stayed clear and professional. When they arrived, they introduced themselves right away and walked through my townhouse with me.
