I would not recommend this company they broke my desk and blamed it on my children took 3 hours for them to load the truck that was parked in front of my garage on the first floor 3rd they wanted my children to move the heavy item for them then wanted to hire my boys to assist them absolutely NOT they procrastinated whole move to get 1,000 I kept telling them to move faster but they kept the same slow pace honesty would give these two brothers a flat zero.
Dear Samuel G, Please accept our deepest apologizes on behalf of everyone at Word of Mouth DFW. This incident is rare and not the custom service. As you can see based on our overall review rating, we put customer service first and strive to always provide a 5-star customer experience.
So sad for me to have to write this. These people were very nice but had a major mishap occur and after it was taken care of, they have failed to send a final receipt and I’ve asked for information on some items not found in the move, and there has been no reply. I’m very disappointed.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Movers broke my 85” 8k Tv, Terrell the owner came by and verbally agreed to take care of it, then I was sent two emails stating that they would not actually be taking care of it. AVOID this company at all costs. They will Break your belongings and then run away. They have no honor whatsoever. Embarrassing.

Terrell and his team were absolutely AMAZING! The team was punctual, professional, and handled my belongings with excellent care (wrapped EVERYTHING). They efficiently managed the packing, loading, and unloading process, making the move seamless. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Word of Mouth DFW!!! If I ever move again, I am using them FOR SURE! Every time!

The only reason this is a 5-star review is bec a 10 stars are not available!!! We contacted a few companies for our move. Terrell sent me a text with rate and availability right off the bat. No, "Send us an inventory list," nonsense. Who has time for that?? Booked same day. Great communication all the way through. Day of move, the heat index was 115°, prob 130 in the truck. Terrell or his guys never slowed down, complained, or give an attitude during the entire 10-hour day!

I am in the process of selling my house and needed to declutter and put excess items in storage. I contacted Word of Mouth DFW owner, Terrell Formar, to get an estimate of cost and time to move my excess items to storage. Terrell promptly came to my home to assess the size of the job and gave me a cost estimate. He also visited the storage site to look at the size of the rental unit to ensure all items would fit.

I have to admit, I was apprehensive and did not know what to expect when I phoned Mr. Foremar the day before my move. From previous experience, I had very little expectations and planned for the worst and boy, was I surprised, but in the most pleasant way! Mr. Foremar was prompt, prepared, integral and stayed in consistent communication with me from the time that he was enroute to my pick up location, until the completion of the move.
