Worst moving company I've dealt with ever. All the good reviews are from Mark or one of his employee's. Untrustworthy Mark is the owner and is very unprofessional and I assume a drunk by talking with him. You take a look at their website and think hey this might be a good company, you would be wrong only if you want your stuff destroyed, stolen and if you have a complaint the guy blows you off for weeks and weeks he won't give up any insurance info or any info period.

I used them last year with little notice and things went quickly and smoothly. This year I decided they did a good job so I called them again, but a week in advance. Mark had me text him the info on what we agreed on (he gave me a 3 men rate of 95 instead of 105 because I was a repeat customer) as well as the time and date we agreed on. He responded to the text so I know he got it.

Would not recommend them at all. I called a week in advance. I talked to a guy named Mark, gave him all of my information and he told me he would start at 8 on that Saturday. I needed to be officially out of my apt by Sunday, no later than 1. 11 am congress around.... No call. I called twice no answer, I had to call again at noon and ask when they'd be here. He insisted I never called. Asked who I talked to, which was HIM... and he told me he did not have me in his books for a move.

***Mark and Sly did a good job. Thank you!! Y'all. That was my original post because Mark stood over me and told me what to write. I felt bullied into a good review. So now I'm taking the time to fix it. While Mark discounted the time a little due to horrible storms in the area, I ordered three guys. He came in and said he was there working, "out of courtesy"...which he then charged me for. I lost count of the number of times he shamed me for the "amount of stuff" or the "wall of things" I own in his truck.

UPDATE I noticed today that I’m missing an item that I had & is now gone. I had it in a particular place & that’s the only item that was unwrapped by the movers. Nothing else was unwrapped by them. I’ll be calling in the morning to discuss this situation. Not to mention they were suppose to install my washer & dryer and I had to hire a handyman who showed me they didn’t even tighten the washing machine connections so it was leaking & my daughters dresser now has a big chip mark on it.

I scheduled my move over a week in advance and was given a time of between 12 and 3. I talked to mark at 12 asking for an e.t.a and he said between 130 and 2. At 230 i called mark again and was told they were running behind and would be here no later than 330. So not only did they miss their eta given at noon he didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know they wouldn't even make the originally scheduled time. I finally got a call at 410 saying they were on their way.

Highly unprofessional movers and would not recommend at all. I called asking if they could come help unload a truck that day and they said they would make it by 3pm. 3pm rolls around and there is no sign of them. I called asking if they’d be here soon and they said they’re 4 hrs behind and wouldn’t make it. I would’ve appreciated a call or text notifying me that they wouldn’t make it because I only had my truck until 6pm and had to unload everything with my girlfriend in a rush.

DO NOT TRUST THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS! THEY FORCE PEOPLE TO WRITE THEM! They stood over my mother’s shoulder and told her that if she didn’t write a good review they couldn’t leave and would get in trouble with their boss. This is harassment! They complained the whole time they moved us, they didn’t even move everything so we have to go back and move a bunch of boxes and items they DIDNT GET and they kept trying to force us to do their work for them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE.
