Avoid this moving company at all costs. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The original crew overcharged me $200 for moving pads, which was caught by the second moving team. It has now been a month and a half, and I still have not received my reimbursement, despite repeated promises that a check was being sent “today.” Unfortunately, that is not the only issue.

The guys were late they moved my apartment great then started wasting my time meeting me at next stop taking too long then it all went downhill from there they dropped my 10 ft tall bar Armoire off the truck 4 feet off the ground I was so mad. Jason on the phone is pretty rude and unprofessional and needs to work on his customer service! Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever used. I Do Not recommend! Made a claim still waiting to hear back.
Do not use this company. I hired Lukes moving company to move my belongings from my 1 bedroom apartment to my new 2 bedroom apartment a mile away in early September of 2023. I was quoted for 3 hours for a crew of 3 guys. The move ended up taking 6 hours long and the moving guys took multiple breaks, smoke breaks, phone call breaks, meal break (which bought for them) and was still charged the full 6 hours.
BEWARE! Luke’s is overpriced and they don’t cover claims when they damage property. I hired Luke’s to move a 1 bedroom apartment a distance of 1 mile to another apartment. They took 6 hours and charged me almost $900. $40 of that was to wrap and safely transport my 75in TV. I paid them their $900 and they left. Later I mounted the TV and then plugged it in. It was broken! Just lines across the screen. Completely useless. I submitted a claim and they said that since I mounted it the warranty was void.
We moved into our new home on September 1. It’s been almost 2 months since they destroyed my one year old $3000 refrigerator. I sent them photos as requested after we discovered all the damage and I cannot get one person to call me back or respond. we had a lot of other furniture damaged as well but the refrigerator is all I care about worked very hard to afford the refrigerator that I loved. I am beyond pissed at this point.
I had used Luke's Moving a year ago and the movers were outstanding however, I moved again and so booked with them and this time was a complete disaster! They had a truck break down so my time was moved from 8 am to 11 well 11 came and went …

We had a great experience with Luke's moving. Our team consisted of Zech, Anthony, Blue, Zae, and Michael. They worked all day to move us from a four bedroom home to another four bedroom home. It was hot, and we had a lot of random items (shed, swingset, etc.). They moved it all no problem and kept a positive, polite attitude the whole time. They took care when disassembling/reassembling things, and wrapped every single item they moved.
Zech and his crew are absolute rockstars. We're glad to hear the move was handled with care and stress free. Thank you for your business and the great review.
Zach, Jeremy & Blu were awesome! They arrived on time, they unloaded both of our 16 foot pods quickly and efficiently. My husband had heavy tools and other items from his business packed to the very front. The guys had great attitudes and worked non-stop till the job was done. We are so thankful for those guys helping us in such a stressful time. We definitely reccomend Luke's to anyone! Aloha!

We highly recommend Luke’s Moving Services for anyone in need of a reliable and professional moving team. Anthony, Tyler, and Xavier were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Not only were they friendly and courteous throughout the entire process, but they also demonstrated impressive efficiency and attention to detail in handling our belongings. We had Luke’s Moving Services move large furniture from our house to a townhouse apartment and a storage unit as part of our downsizing in our retirement years. Garrett, Jerald and Raymond handled everything very safely and professionally, including heavy keyboards, large mirrors and glasstop tables up and down stairs, in 95 degree heat and humidity. Everything was well protected with blankets and shrink-wrap. This crew was a joy to work with.
The Texas heat doesnt slow us down. We thank you for your business and amazing review!
