Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 2 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 5 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 4 | 80.0% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 20.0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 2 four and five star reviews we have read for Affordable Furniture Movers. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Showed up early and was very helpful. My mother is in a wheelchair and they helped us pack boxes as well as disassembled all of furniture and appliances. It took longer than expected but they were professional and courteous the whole move. We highly recommend DJ and Mikes team downtown Winston-Salem. 50 stars✅️
I had a night mare of a move back in November of 2023. I had gotten a storage unit to hold my stuff and I moved to NC with what I could fit in my car. I had a mover set up. It went horribly. It took until today (3-18-24) for the problem to finally be resolved. Long story short I had a voucher to move and tried to use a different company and got the run around for months!! Finally I was told by the state of MA that I could finally find a new mover to move my stuff.
