I wish I could actually review the quality the movers, but unfortunately the administration of this company did not make that possible. We booked a move from 12-4. What we didn't realize and was that their "arrival window" covered literally the entire appointment. How does one keep an appointment if they don't even arrive until the end? Couldn't tell you.
★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Moving Experience I’ve Ever Had If I could give zero stars, I would. This moving company was an absolute disaster. The movers showed looking like they just rolled out of bed, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by being there. From the moment they walked in, they were lazy, unmotivated, and completely unprofessional. When making the reservation I went out of my way to explain the complexity of my move.
Our moving crew worked with us and performed outstanding making for a great moving experience. Unfortunately in one area of the wood floor in our house was damaged when the protection slipped allowing the furniture to scratch the floor. When it happened the crew contacted Frank, sent him pictures and assured us Frank would contact us and schedule the repair. Despite following up with multiple phone calls and email, Frank has never responded to us in over 2 months.
I have waited almost a month to post a review. I live in Florida, I called Affordable Movers to move my grandson 1.8 miles. I spoke to Frank told him what all my grandson had to move. I said not much furniture but more boxes than anything. He said 2 hrs 2 guy 360.00. I paid a deposit of 187.00 Movers get there on Saturday morning and I get a call and one of the Movers said it would be 4 hrs. I said I'll pay you when your done it may not take 4 hrs.

Trae and rob are the best they were awesome! Did everything quickly but carefully and deserve a raise! Would definitely hire them again and wish I could give them ten stars. Everything went smooth no hiccups. Will definitely recommend them.

I had Nick & Derrick come through and help me move with Affordable Movers. These two were GREAT! They’re quick and efficient with all of my materials. Half my stuff wasn’t even boxed up and these two killed it. No one likes having to move their own items, especially the large ones but they were on top of it. They were cracking jokes and making the move more fun. Very easy conversations and no complaints with any of my items during the move. These two were so generous too and I can’t thank them enough for the help.
We used affordable movers for a temporary move yesterday in Loveland. Hunt, drew, and Darrell were absolutely incredible!! They were quick, efficient, and handled all of our belongings with care. We are moving to our permanent location at the end of August and we will definitely use affordable movers again as long as we can have Hunt, Drew and Darryl again. Thank you guys for making yesterday so much easier for us. We appreciate it.
