In their own words
Last fall they moved my stuff into storage. When removing it this fall I found furniture damaged and a few things missing. Too late to complain. I provided blankets, and they had plenty but didn't use them One guy just helps out occasionally, they cut alot of corners to save time. Remember you get what you pay for, and sometimes even less. They were not cheap by any means, and now it's going to cost me money to replace things.
Similar to those who have reviewed this company, I will share my experience as a professional who runs a property locally and has had an altercation with these movers resulting in demanding they leave the property. These movers had two staff members that were incredibly unprofessional within the community they were moving. They yelled at staff members in public areas regarding policies for moves, going as far as to yell out hopes of violence against the staff member who asked them to leave the property.
Mark Weber and Affordable Movers was the least professional moving service that I have ever used. I had a 1pm reservation for a local truck unload. Mark called me the morning of and said his team would start at noon or they would cancel my move. He was uncompromosing and unprofessional in his approach. Mark was difficult to talk to on the phone. The movers themselves were nice guys, but not professional or fully capable of completing my move.
Aggressive owner cursed over the phone, raised Prices after a second phone call and cancelled move two days before with no notice. Buyer beware these are unstable owners here- never have experienced such animosity when trying to do business with a company. Scary encounter, even over the phone
Owner or whoever answers the phone seemed high/drunk. Attempted to raise prices when I called back. If you want something done right you do it yourself. That's the best motto

I used this service in November 2019. I was told they were under new management. The Service was excellent. 2 man crew Carl & Kyle. They were: professional, respectful, polite, on time. Did exactly what I asked them to do, in the order I wanted things done. I would use their service again. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
