In their own words
We were so excited to have a brand new storage facility so close to where we live, so it pains me to leave a negative review. My only complaint is the pricing. Rates start higher than they should be, then increase substantially every 3 months, without warning. After only 6 months the price has almost doubled. They claim to mail notice of price hikes, but we never received them.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Quick, prompt and wonderful service! Needed a unit ASAP due to unforeseen circumstances. Rented at a different unit, but they didn’t have what I needed. They called here for me and the gentleman was able to accommodate my fiancé and I right away to get our stuff stored and secured. Thank you!

We recently moved back to Lubbock and didn’t get in touch with Affordable Storage until they were about to close. I called ahead and Nathan reassured me that he would stay until I arrived a few minutes later. He got me set up with a good unit and had a great attitude about it; great customer service! If Nathan didn’t stay I would have had to pay for more days with the moving truck and the inconvenience of unloading at an unplanned time. He was a life saver!
Thank you for your kind words Landon! It is our pleasure to do business with you and we hope if you need anything at all you will let us know. Don't forget to use your FREE trailer rental with your move-in. Thanks, Affordable Storage 39th & Upland
