I moved with someone that used you. I don't care that I'm not on your customers list you did me and my family WRONG. They don't give a damn about people or their possessions. First of all they were already breaking things before they even put it in the truck a fine crystal etched wine glass was broken on the scene. We shrugged it off as usually one item gets broken during moving it just happens.

Very unprofessional estimates and quotes. Off by twice the initial quote ...and this is after spending 2 hours on video call showing each household items. Arrived a day late for pick up and spent 10 hours loading . 20% of the stuff left behind . It's a foul play to get you into it and all the professionalism ends the moment you pay your advance. Think twice before hiring.

With all the great reviews we were hoping for a similar outcome. This unfortunately was not the case for us. The pickup crew was very late (~8:00 pm) and wanted to work through the night. They packed up a number of items that were set aside not to be packed and did not pack items we needed for our new home which forced us to leave them behind and buy new in Florida. The unpacking crew was a better team but the damage to our stuff was already done.

I wasn't going to post a review but I received a call asking for a review so here you go. First we were quoted over phone, because no one will come and see your stuff before hand, the use of one 26' truck. We knew we'd need more so Angelo said he'd send 2 trucks just to be sure. Long story short. They showed up with only 1 truck, actually needed 2.75 trucks, ended up costing me $16000 to move from PA to VA: they didn't even have 2 trucks available, they needed to find somewhere to store our stuff and come back to…

I must say I have not felt the need to write a review that is negative on a company in a very long time but folks please be cautious with this company. Their Sales person will tell u anything to secure your business with them and once they get your stuff they leave you stranded. Here is my experience: - initial conversation with them regarding my move from CT to FL. I was told it takes up to 10 days for delivery for distances over 1000 miles. My things will never be removed from the Truck.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recently used Agility for an out of state move to Florida and it was the worst decision that I could have made. The only good part of this move were the actual movers, who took great care with the packing and unpacking of my furniture. Shane, the owner of the company, was a despicable person to work with. The price on our move kept increasing, despite us moving less items than we were quoted.

First of all, I got charged for extra space which was justified. I added on a few large items right before the move. That's not their fault. However, after the movers left, my very nice watch was missing. It was kept on a book shelf in my bedroom. I went through all my moved items and my old apartment and couldn't find it. I won't even bother calling the company because they will obviously deny it and I can't provide proof.

Moved from Ohio to Florida in March. Numerous things broken,...large items like a wood desk with a large crack in the side, a large dent in our washing machine, large crack in our TV (which were properly wrapped/protected). Any numerous small items-dishes, glasses, microwave. My husband asked the delivery movers about the dent in the washing machine and he said while loading it into the semi for delivery another man helping him put his knee into it and it dented.
