A 2 is only because they finally finished the job. They arrived late, and although there was an issue with our elevator there still was adequate time for them to finish within the 3-hour timeframe that we were initially quoted. 2 of the guys got missing throughout the process. One of them was downstairs on the phone and the other was having a drink downstairs as well. They were supposed to follow to the next location. It took 20 minutes. They arrived after 45 minutes.
Truly sorry we didn’t meet your standards. We are aloud to take breaks as moving is tiring. We didn’t break anything, still got the job done properly. And as far as being late we always give our customers a window as you’re not the only person we moved that day.
Was recommended this company via Facebook. My experience was terrible. The guy Neil got very aggressive at the end when we didn't "look out for him" aka tip him. He said he did us a favor by undercharging us, therefore he needed his tip. We said no, we were charged accurately and didnt ask for any discounts. The switch and bait attempt didnt work therefore he He slammed our door and left. The other guys were fine, but the Neil guy would dissappear and make phone calls, purposely stalling.
We’re very sorry for the negative experience with Neil. Everything else about your move went smoothly, and we’re glad the job was completed on time and with care. Neil no longer works with Best In Broward Movers, and we do not tolerate unprofessional behavior.
I will NEVER hire BEST IN BROWARD MOVERS again. My furniture was DAMAGED, by the two (2) movers who moved me. They bragged about how they can move "ANYTHING" and that moving my furniture is NOT A PROBLEM. I'm huge on honesty. Before they touched anything I asked them again, if the move was doable? That was their opportunity to cancel the job. The movers start the move and about an hour or so into the move they decided to stop and take an hour break. I didn't mind the movers taking a break but not at my expense.
At no point of this review makes any sense. This is not how we conduct our Buisness here. Please take take this fake review down. MR . DO NOT GO HERE!
my family and I will never use this company again! This company under staffed the move and two (2) movers that was sent out decided to take a 1 hour break on our dime. And we get it the two (2) movers were exhausted. If this move would have been properly staffed it could have been done in 3 hours instead of 6. Not to mention the movers didn't put any of the furniture together my family of three (3) had to do it. We don't own cheap dollhouse furniture and we advised of same when placing the order.

They miscalculated my move even though I asked for a personal walk-through of the items to be moved. At the end, it didn’t all fit on the truck so they had to make two, 3 hour trips and asked for more money, which I did pay. They damaged several pieces of furniture. As this wasn’t my first move, every item and box was numbered and cataloged. Several items disappeared and never made it to my new home even though my stuff was the only stuff in the truck.
We believe this review may have been posted in error and does not correspond to our company. We have no record of any issues related to the claims described, nor do we have documentation indicating that we serviced your move.

I recently hit gold and hired Best in Broward Movers to help me pack and move most of my 3-bedroom home into a local storage unit, (on a weekend), and I could not be happier with their service. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. The team was organized, efficient, and worked seamlessly together ! Best in Broward movers, for sure lives up to their name. Usually I move things myself with a group of friends, but this was the first time I decided to hire a company to move my 1 bedroom apt. I was impressed with the reviews first, but skeptical because a perfect 5 star seems to good to be true that everyone had a pleasant experience. I was proven wrong and that 5 star rating is rightly just for this company.

The team at Best in Broward Movers were amazing. From the scheduling (needed to move the date 3 times) to the team that cme to my house. Communication was easy, they showed p on time, didn't nickle and dime me on extra chargesand got the job done efficiently. They sent a 3 man team and the cost came in hundreds of dollars less than what they quoted me. They were not my first choice, went with the most advertised moving company in SE Florida.
