Super Team Moving and Storage

BEWAREE!!! RIP off company! I am currently having my stuff held hostage and they won't unload it unless I pay almost double the amount I was quoted for! I also had my four brothers and nephew helping them load the truck! Meanwhile the movers took 20 breaks as im asking them to work because im getting charged by the hour, the workers would just look at me and continue doing NOTHING! I was quoted $2,200-$2,400 and now they won't unload until I pay them $4,000.

I hired movers 2 months prior to my move date. Paid a 500 deposit. A week before my move to had to contact them to confirm. I wasn’t feeling easy about the move. The night before I checked in again to confirm 9:00am for them to arrive. The day came & no show at 9. I called at 9:30 asking when they were arriving. Aaron said he would have to call me back. I got a call at 9:45 from a different person saying they were on their way. They finally showed up at 10:35. 2 guys to load only furniture and take 2 beds apart.

Despite the 'professionality' of administration, over $5,000 of my personal property was stolen by their "most highly rated team". The owner was not willing to cooperate until I got the police involved. After police involvement, he then he did a 180 and decided to "help". I put help in quotations, because I did not receive a cent of reimbursement on a ~$6,000 move and a loss of over $5,000 in personal property due to the movers. Costing me ~$11,000 on a quote of $2,000-3,000.

This moving company is a complete scam. I received a quote for my move, but upon arrival with my belongings, they doubled the price with the excuse that I had too many things, as I told them prior to the quote that they will be getting things from 2 storage units. This is a common and illegal 'hostage' moving scam.

One bedroom apartment move in December of 2025. First, I called for a quote for packing and moving a one bedroom apartment within the same city (Fort Lauderdale) and was told it would be approximately $600- 3 hour job. I was additionally promised that there would be no extra fees that the price was all in unless they take longer than 3hrs and they took a deposit over the phone. No one came out before to see the job. The movers that arrived on move out/in day were friendly and good workers.

SCAMMERS!!!?!!!These people are Scammers don’t use them i was given an estimate for $1825.00 when i got to my new address this scammer told me its $2500.00.And that they will not unload my stuff off their truck. Until $2500 was paid, So we eventually agreed to $2000.00 flat rate. It was zelled now the scammer owner Mike said he only received a $1000 of that mind you the entire $2000.00 is gone from the account and wanted us to pay again in cash another $1000.00 in cash first off i offered to pay by cashapp.

The moving itself was good. No broken items, damage, etc. Accounting/management team is unorganized, unprofessional and borderline crooks. They do not "accept" AMEX, however I used Amex to book my deposit and they even ran the card for the final payment. Then they tell me that they dont accept AMEX and have to refund me that charge and I must pay on a different CC. They are just afraid to use AMEX because they know if someone charges back they will lose.

Do not trust these Google Reviews, DIG DEEPER! They quoted us $1200 with knowing it was a 3 bedroom small house, 1 couch, 1 dining table, 1 small desk and 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a King bedroom set and 2 others with a queen bed and very small dressers with fabric drawers. They told us $1200(ish) with photos of every room and closet in the house.
